I Tried Making the "WORLD'S BEST EVER" CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 

When I made those two recipes, I never imagined someone would be bold or genius enough to combine them together. I salute your courage and your skill, Rachel. This was so dope to watch, only you could have made this work.

So funny! Each time when you said “toffee,” my cat meowed because her name is Toffee and she thought that you had treat-os for her! She was so insistent that I eventually had to give treat-os!

You *KNOW* it's good if it gets such an extreme reaction out of Chris. 😆 Seriously, these cookies look A M A Z I N G but there's no way I'd have the patience to go through all the motions of making it.

Hey, chef here. Just as a tip for next time you make toffee. Melt the sugar first, when it starts to caramalize add the butter bit by bit so the sugar can absorb it and leave you with a nice creamy toffee, add a bit of cream to it for extra deliciousness 😋

I usually watch these with no intention of actually making them myself, but with these reactions I think I have to!

2 day cookie ingredients: (not doubled) TOFFEE 6 tablespoons unsalted butter ¾ cup light brown sugar, lightly packed 1 teaspoon kosher salt water, as needed COOKIE DOUGH 1 cup unsalted butter 4 ice cubes ¾ cup granulated sugar 1 ½ cups dark brown sugar, packed 2 teaspoons espresso powder 2 teaspoons kosher salt ½ teaspoon baking soda 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 ½ cups all purpose flour 6 oz cacao chocolate, 50-70% cacao, chopped flaky sea salt, for sprinkling Alvin's 100 hour Brownie Ingredients: (not doubled) INGREDIENTS 2 sticks unsalted butter (225g) 1 tbsp espresso powder (6g) Coffee ice cube (30g) 4 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla paste (15g) 2 1/4 cups white sugar (450g) 1/2 cup dutch-processed cocoa powder (45g) 1 tbsp espresso powder (6g) 1 tbsp kosher salt (9g) 8 oz melted 75% cacao chocolate (225g) 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (215g) 3.5 oz chopped milk chocolate (100g) 3.5 oz chopped 75% cacao chocolate (100g) 6 oz chopped 75% cacao chocolate, for topping (170g)

I started watching your videos because I found you so relatable - you are basically me in the kitchen (and it's a relief to know I'm not the only crazy/clumy one ;) ) I love your videos and I it really makes my day (or night because of where I'm from and the time diff- you know what I mean 😅) I just want you to know that you are appreciated by so many and that you are so strong for keeping your head up high, doing what you love, being this happy cheery person that the world loves when you are probably struggling off-camera. You are a light to someone else's darkness and it's wonderful that you have a husband who love and supports you the way he does. You are blessed. Don't stop doing what you love - but take care of yourself. You come first. Anyone who says otherwise can sod off. I started baking 6 months ago because of your videos and haven't stopped since, somehow I missed this video after baking both the recipes you featured in this video individually. When my kids was little we did a chocolate chip cookie and brownie cake and they iced it with cream cheese frosting. That was the best thing and so heavy I remember. They made it for thanksgiving.
