Thai chicken green curry is a flavor which is different from our everyday of what we would taste. the most important ingredients for Thai curry paste are shrimp, galangal and makrut lime leaves. since it's quite difficult (not impossible though😉) to assemble these 3 ingredients I would suggest to get a ready made curry pack.
one more equally important ingredient is the coconut milk. it's low in cholesterol and adds a great flavor to the dish.
fish sauce is key to this recipe.
