A very comprehensive and well-put-together review! And an Indian person with dry skin talking about skincare in an informed manner is all my dreams coming true... Subscribed!
Use alpha arbutin then nicinamide 5% of the same brand then moisture or use face oil (I use badam rogan sweetened oil) keep a 10mins gap while layering it as I have the same skin dry sensitive.. hyperpigmentation gets faded in a month slowly .. thanks me later it’s a night time routine..
Hi. Alpha Arbutin should always be used with products with low pH levels and since Niacinamide has a pH range of 5.5-6.5, I’d advise you to not pair it up with Niacinamide because then the efficiencies of both the products are reduced. I’d suggest that you use it with salicylic acid and/or vitamin C to see better results ! 😁
@@parineetiyeh9224 hey! As a matter of fact, you can! I use Cetaphil religiously and it is my go to moisturiser! Cetaphil is formulated with the most simple ingredients and is usually recommended by almost all dermatologists, both overseas, and in India.
@@shubhyan thank you for telling me dear... Gentle skin cleanser+this serum then moisturizee... Is this night routine alright!? Pls do tell me... I m new to skincare
Usually alpha arbutin takes atleast 2-3 months to show visible results.. sometimes even more .. It works little slowly.. So one has to be patient with it.. You explained it really well 👍
@@achila2752 dnt mix serums on your palm out of the bottle.. Go like this.. AM - vit C--> alpha arbutin - -> moisturizer -->sunscreen I usually use vit C only in AM coz it works perfectly fine that way for me.. In night u can pair AA with niacinamide as well.. Dnt forget to do a patch test and also keep a gap of atleast 3-4minutes between layering.. Good luck
The cute pop up edits with infos in between is so cute.😍 I am so happy that you're pouring out so unfiltered and unbiased contents. And you are funny as well. I love watching you💗

Hii there !! The reason why ur skin is not feeling plump is probably bcoz u r using d moisturiser wrong , u don't have to wait for the serum to completely absorb in ur skin especially bcoz u have a dry skin ... the humidity in India decreases during winters so u have to make sure that there's enough water vapours in air for HA to absorb ( u can use a humidifier for that purpose ) plus if u would apply moisturiser on a damp skin after applying serum , HA will hold onto the moisturiser making it plum sk don't wait for the serum to dry or else u will end up with a drier skin ... Have a great day !!! 😄😄
I can completely relate to you. It helps but doesn't make a lot of difference even after using for around 1.5months.. Your review has been very helpful ☺️☺️
I love your complexion and the way you talk . I really follow your makeup tutorials as your and mine skin is exactly same : random breakouts , dark circles and some pigmentation under mouth and near nose . Also my skin gets dry during winter but is combination during summer 😁
Prakriti , i think you suppose to spray some water or dampen your skin before putting the serum, cause it has HA ,so if will apply it on your dry face ,your skin will dry more.and love your lipshade😍
I like the way you explain things. Really clear and informative. I also watch Hyram and James Welsh but it's really good to have someone else's idea whose skin is similar to mine
Your efforts are worth mentioning! On the top of that the way you are transparent about everything I mean consider the hype about the vitamin C range from mama earth...I also personally didn't liked the product but the hype is just on the top level! Loved how you are so honest and for sure conveying the one of the best contents! Loads and loads of love!♥️🍟🌻
Loved the video! You make very clear and concise points and I find your voice very calm and collected which I love. You videos also seem very well thought out. Will you be able to review the minimalist moisturiser? There are not a lot of fragrance free moisturisers available in India and this seems like a great affordable option so I would love to know your thoughts on it!
Omg so honest!! Really good content and the way you presented was awesome 👏 new viewer on the channel. But your honesty from where you gather the information you mention I Loved that
To be very honest,I am more inclined towards products that gives me slow results. I dont have good experience with products that shows phenomenal results in just few uses because they does stop working on the long run. However slow progress products tend to keep on working slowly and slowly.
It's the same thing with the salicylic acid serum, people are saying there's no visible difference 😭 The only problem I have w my face is tiny bumps(milia and closed comedones too) and this was my last hope for a good exfoliators at the lowest price possible...but idk now, ig I'll just go for it and see
@@punyaprabha4244 ik dude, the youtubers haven't shared their experience by trying it out one night, every single one of them tried it for 1-2 months...and there wasn't any substantial progress
You can try tretinoin 0.025% or retinol serum. I have struggled with small bumps my whole life and using tretinoin every other night after a moisturizer has cleared up my skin so much. It will take time and lotssss of research and adjustments but if you stick to it, results are guaranteed.
Hey can u tell me which serum will be better or more stronger for treating acne marks, this one or niacinamide one for little faster results like in 1 or 2 months. Thankss
@@paruljoshi2659 use both niacinamide for the am routine and alpha arbutin for the pm routine. That will help. Don't forget sunscreen and moisturizer after both
Hey ..I am 20 yrs old and I have dark spots on my face and my face is soo dull ...I want something that can make my face glow and faded out all scars and dark spots and makes my skin more brighter and gives even tone...which minimalist serum should I use ???
Can I use Salicylic acid facewash, niacinamide toner, vitamin c and alpha arbutin serum (apply it alternatively- Day and Evening Respectively) and Hyaluronic acid moisturizer? (I have oily skin but don't have acne)
Thanks for the review ! 🙂🙃 the vedios was explained very briefly and more over it no where has any nonsense or drama it was clear enough and understood every sentence told by uh ! & basically this was the best product review thanks for the information 🤍
Must use a toner before using anything with hyaluronic acid, because it attracts moisture and otherwise it’s fine such it from your skin only. And your skin will turn dry
please share you makeup routine and what shade foundation / concealer you use because I have the same complexion as you and nothing seems so work for me :((
Do you use it daily specially starting phase? Can we use market's Aloe Vera gel as moisturiser after serum? I have acne prone skin sometime I use salicylic gel also. Please guide. 🧐
I just got this serum. Did not know you can combine with vit c ! I am gonna do that and see how it works out for me. Thanks a lot for the detailed review and great info ❤
If I'm not wrong you should apply toner before using hyloronic acid, because HA basically should hold moisture if you apply toner ha will hold the moisture in it if not it will use the moisture from your skin which eventually dries your skin and won't plump your face
Toner isn't an important step, a damp skin will work as fine as a toner... I have been using its hyalornic acid and they even told me toner isn't an imperative step, just a wet damp skin will work fine.. The climate matters too as well, I live in heavy humid climate...
Hey. I want to buy an alpha arbutin serum for my pigmentation. But i dont know which one to choose among the ordinary, minimalist and derma co. Can you suggest me the best out of these brands?
Hi mam please tell me how to use minimalist products for sensitive dry skin ...my age 38 which products better for my skin . I have uneven skin tone and fine lines dullness .I want to my skin clear please tell me products name and how to use ...
