Loved your video, guys! I actually find the food in the new McDonald's better for some reason. Maybe it's the sauce, but this Big Hit is definitely not as dry as the Big Mac. Keep those taste tests coming, but maybe pace yourselves, or you'll end up in a "food coma" before you get to those mystery triangles haha

As an outsider who hasn't eaten in Russian Mc Donalds, it looks better than the original. I even think that they put children's books in there, better than pointless toys, so it has a multipurpose for children.

Interesting video in these interesting times that I don't want to leave uncommented. Although my comment will probably be deleted by the channel owner because he has also deleted so many of his old videos on his channel. There is only a fraction of them left. In the Russia of his president, whom he adores, it can happen more often that things "just disappear" .... 😂. Most likely Zangieff will block my RU-vid account for his channel (even though he will deny it, but don't many Russians do that these days?), but I don't care. 😂 In any case, Zangieff is trying to tie in with his old videos, and even with the support of an alleged or actual "American expatriate" who clearly advocates the merits and legitimacy of the "Russian world" (Russkiy mir / Русский мир) on his own channel. We remember: Zangieff has in the past enjoyed teaming up with other pro-Russian bloggers, especially Eli from Russia and others like this Russel, whom some may remember. Other Russian RU-vidrs he has worked with, such as Konstantin (INSIDE RUSSIA), Natasha's Adventures or Nikki Proshin, have famously decided against "Russkiy mir" and left the country. So what is the point of such a trivial video as this one about a fast food restaurant that sells the same "junk food" as everywhere else in the world to an audience open to it (no pun intended)? Well, it's just another kind of heavy-handed Russian propaganda, cleverly packaged for a mainly North American audience trying to get some to see the brutal Russian regime in a "positive light"! And there are many positive comments here from obvious Russian trolls who are easily identifiable, they of course follow the usual rules and regulations of the Russian propaganda media. Вася (Vasya) You are talented to a certain extent, but unfortunately you have chosen the wrong side!

The order screen software and all the decor is identical to new stores in Canada. It is so obviously McDonald's just operating under a different name.

Honestly, I'm not really familiar with our McDonald's restaurants as I go there rarely, usually when we are travelling: you often find McD at our reststops, it's comfortable when you are on move (but you find McD within the cities, in industrial areas as well, and many people like McDrive). The taste at McD is not good and not bad, but I often feel sick and get very tired after eating at McD, even when I do not eat really much. Many people here say the same 🤔 Your "new" McD is really orderly and clean. And you have a very huge range of meals, products. The products look delicious. Some restaurants here offer cake as well, but not all - and it's expensive compared with a good quality product from a pastry shop. Here you have to pay for water as well - nothing is for free in Germany. McD is not McD, there are price differences between the restaurants even within one region and sometimes it's not the same quality. BtW: That black seeds are "black cumin", delicicous (my opinion), but not on a burger bun. You usually find black cumin on Turkish flat bread or Manakeesh, or you pour it on curd, eat it together with olive oil and wheat bread. An enjoyable video. Thanks guys. I'll say this-from America-Russian fast food sure looks like American fast food. On the "cold" fries. McDonald's cold fries have always been an enigma to me. Boy do they taste good fresh and hot. But let them cool off and they become like styrofoam, taste wise. I've never had another fry anywhere whose flavor disappeared so quickly and completely. There were definitely some neat looking options you had that aren't available here. That said if there's an option America probably has a whole chain that is selling that. Are there many/any other fast food chains in Russia at this point? Just curious. Anyways very much enjoyed this. Best wishes and thanks for this look inside your country.

I like the idea you have healthier choices such as salads and carrot sticks. Most fast food places in USA do not have salads anymore. It is very disappointing.

It's interesting that this new Russian MacDonald's replacement not only copied everything on their menu, they also ripped off the logo from Japanese chain Mos Burger!

Looks better than American Mc Donald's food these days. The burgers look thicker there. They are so thin now in America. And the last McDonald's pie I had a few years ago was baked, not fried. The crust on a fried pie is so nice!

Yes, we called the kids meal Happy Meals when I was a kid. I have no idea if they still call them that. I do remember toys in the Happy meals. They came in a box and had the McDonalds characters like Ronald McDonald on the side. I think they do have more variety of food at McDonalds over there than what we have here I'm positive we don't have shrimp at McDonalds over here. I think small cheeseburgers use to be 99 cents when I was a kid but not sure. I think they offered Grape figures and each grape played a musical instrument for thE Happy meal when I was a kid I never did collect them all Over here there's a song called I heard the Grapevine and that was part of the advertisement

Moscow #1 McDonalds kept me alive in 1992-94. It was HUGE. It was much better than the US McDonalds. I also ate at Pizza Hut #1 for $. It was expensive. The line was too long to eat outside for Rubles.

Actually this looks better and cleaner than the McDonald’s here in the west. Also I love the child books instead of cheap plastic toys. This is a great example to fight against Monopol company’s to make own economy stronger
