A tip for which customers are coming in is at 1:23 where if someone comes out of the shed that is right next to the Freezeria, they're second, and Matt was coming out of the shed. Another tip is if you look at the three surfboards that are by the shed. All three surfboards give a clue to what the third customer wants. The first surfboard gives a clue to the cup size, the second surfboard gives a clue to the mixable, and the third surfboard gives a clue to the syrup. The first surfboard has a symbol to a medium cup (2), the second surfboard has a symbol of a strawberry, and the third surfboard has a symbol of chocolate syrup. That's why you didn't see Wally on Day 2.

I used to play this game a lot in grade 3. I remember Wally being my favourite customer because he was a 4 star customer and once I messed up his entire order and he still have me a $2.86 tip.

I loved these games as a kid - in elementary school, they'd let us kill time in the computer lab quite often, but only on CoolMathGames and the Papa's series were on there as "time management" and "money math" and were the only games on the site that were at my level and not lame. In fact, they're the games that got me into management games as a genre - I like to describe my favourite colony-sim game nowadays as a more grown up version of that kind of game combined with a very basic battlefield strategy game. I always used to think I was pretty good at these, but watching someone speedrun your childhood favourites is always a fun way to realise kid you was shittier at the game than you remember. Also one of the customers has the same name as my little brother and I never noticed in game but hearing you say it was jarring.

customers always order the same thing every day unless you unlocked a topping they like then they change it to their new order, and you should always know what to make for the first customer because you can see them at the door everyday

If you're playing the game casually, you can upgrade the mixer. And I would be completely down for a full, casual, 100% playthrough of this game.
