Just picked up mine. Blacked out. I like it. For our needs, my wife has an suv so it made no sense for both of us to have an suv. I had a 2020 6.2 Sierra. That thing pulled and was so smooth, until I had the lifter issue 😑

Same here. I loved my 2018 Silverado with the 6.2l engine. But after they fixed a lifter issue, I sold it back to the dealer.

I been reviewing these trucks and I’m just noticing the antenna on the hood , I’m not liking the antenna , why couldn’t they do with out it

5:32 you missed the annoying knob that sticks out and is awkward to access to change settings, reminding me of the knob to set a old analog clock. That should have been changeable via a steering wheel control. Great review though and thumbs up!

I love the placement of this knob. I change it after every fuel up and oil change. It’s very easy to keep track of and you never forget where it is or misplace it.

I doubt it makes any one reconsider being happy about a 4 cylinder. 4 cylinder has to work harder when towing and plowing which most contractors have to do. So that in return will reduce engine life span significantly. Id give it 60k of actual work before its toast.

Yeah i tested it out with 4 people in the truck and it just ran horribly. It’s a truck for crying out loud not a Honda civic.

Maybe not. The engine block and internals are over built like a diesel engine. Also, most of the torque is at 1500 RPMs, so you don’t have to ring it out very much . most people don’t tow and haul. It can though if needed. Last this is the base engine with many others choices Available.

With a larger turbo and a good dyno tune this thing will make a lot of power and make the v8s inferior .

I have a 5.3 and a 2.7 in similar from gmc. I like the 2.7 better overall and have 20 k miles.on it so far. The 2.7 gets 2 mpg better mi!eage.

The 4 cylinders are already 4 cylinders down and as it wears it will lose power and no amount of boost will make handle the truck. GM must start making vehicles for customers and not government. GM has lost this life long customer.

Dont worry i replaced you, got rid of my 5th gen rebel and got a 24 sierra with the 2.7...i like it better then the hemi. Also not needing to rev over 3k rpm to pass people is nice. Drive it youll like it. I live in the mountians, n/a loses too much power
