Dont let the long lines fool you. I go almost every week and get to order in less than 15 minutes. You can use this time to look at their menu online and maybe take notes of what you want.
Just a tip: if you order ahead, the food will be chilled and not hot because they're expecting you to take it home. If you order at the counter, they will serve your food hot.
