I gotta agree, I've tried a pretty good Nasi Goreng at a local Yogyakarta shop and shared about it in my channel. Tbh, I'm not so sure what variety I had back then, there's just about 5 or more Nasi Goreng options in the menu!! I just told the vendor to surprise me which he did!

While in Jakarta, I suggest you to visit *Taman Mini Indonesia Indah* or TAMAN MINI. There you will feel like exploring all of Indonesia Archipelago. To get to Taman Mini you can take the JABODEBEK LRT, Cibubur Line from the Dukuh Atas LRT station (It is connected to the Sudirman Commuter Line KRL Station). You get off at TAMINI station which is about 1 kilometer to TMII. You can also take the free TMII Shuttle Bus from there intead.

I can't recommend you enough to go to Medan North Sumatra, they got orangutan sanctuary, Lake Toba, and the food scene is amazing where you can also find Indian and Chinese Indonesian fusion food

Hi bro! Welcome back. Try go to south jakarta next. Ragunan zoo is amazing. My home is right in front of the zoo. You can stop by to my family restaurant with authentic batavian dishes. And then go to batavian heritage village, setu babakan. And if you want to, you can explore villages in bogor resident, not the city, around mountainery area. 1-2 hours from jakarta by motorbike. Hi Bro emeka...if you want to try various sambal in jakarta. Try "Waroeng Spesial Sambal SS" in Tanjung duren, Jakarta Barat. If you want to try Pork Roast...try "RM Siangkaan 2" in Cililitan, Jakarta Timur.

lol no judgments, that's what spicy food does to you, revs up the appetite! Have you tried South Sulawesi's cuisine? Pretty easy to find in Jakarta: Coto Makassar, Sop Konro, Nasi Goreng Merah and Mie Titi If possible, visit my hometown too, Ambon :) Lots of smashing seafood and unique dishes, and of course, different kinds of sambal /spicy sauces Have fun Emeka, welcome back!

This Nasi Goreng with goat looks good! Reminds me of the Nasi Goreng I had in Yogyakarta which I also shared in my channel. Go to "Dieng, Wonosobo" and "Karimunjawa, Jepara" both in Central of Java, at East of Java you must visit "Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, Lumajang" and " Mount Bromo, Malang" then "ijen Crater Blue Fire, Banyuwangi", all very beautiful over there, you won't regret it, trust me..

if you like spicy and wanted to challenge yourself of a spicy food, you should try "oseng mercon", usually it is available at a yogyanese food restaurant, maybe if you travel to Yogyakarta you should try em. and another spicy food is usually beeing sold in a local fast food restaurant called, "Richeese", you should go there and ask for the highest level of spicy they have. and one more, a spicy food that quiet famous is called " Ayam Geprek" it's sold everywhere, and there's also a restaurant that specializes in ayam geprek which is called, "Ayam Geprek Bensu" or " I Am Geprek Bensu" you should go there and asked to the seller to give you the highest spicy level also.
