I joined Wally early this year and had a cleaning last month, I was told to come back in May. Today I received my care pack. They said I have a small cavity in my wisdom tooth. I will say they definitely did a really good cleaning. My gum did bleed a little during the visit and the morning of brushing my teeth that day. After the cleaning, whenever I brush my teeth, I didn't experience any bleeding. They also suggested I get an extra soft electric toothbrush.

How do you make future cleaning appointments? Do they make that difficult? Their website doesn’t mention how making an appointed works which makes me skeptical. Did you remain ghosted after your first appointment?
This company only wants your money. Once you're past the refund period (30 days or your first appointment, whichever is first), it's normal that they ghost you.
You got your scale , scan , chat with dentist for 99 dollars What next , do you have access to free , unlimited hygiene tutorials or free on line dental chat with your hygienist ? Is this like U.K. direct access to a hygienist therapist where th e dentist need not be visited to have a hygiene ?
