In my country monks who have great mentality and respect on Buddha don't eat after 12 p.m in the noon and they don't have any tea time and also don't have dinner time because Buddha didn't allow to eat afternoon. Some Monks in my country don't eat after 12:00 even one minute late of 12 thay don't eat

Greetings friend, I did Zen a 1,000 times in 2 years. The problem with me is this, I was poisoned for 37 years. Girls in my Life say that I am consistently friendly for years and years, but I know that I can get Serotonine shortages and be able to traumatize people in 1 second. This happened to me in 2000, 2020 and 2022, since the 9th of may 2022 do I have Serotonine shortages. It's really terrible, I must take medication. Regards, Alex from Amsterdam.

You need to work your way up slowly, not skip steps to the top straight away. Consistency is better then extreme pendular practice

Just to get an indication of the planet, can you reviel wich island you are on? (for that energy of that location, I know it must be in USA or Canada as I hear4d the 60 Hz hum from your computerr The majority of Earth is at 50 Hz). Maybe not you in particular, but it is not Buddhist like to be able to hide behind in anonomity as many people seem to sufer from socialphobia, that they do fine behind a non-human material device like a camera, but have a phobia in socialising with other live human beings -- directly, mayby this wah you would not identify the name of the island you were on, as the what I call the 'beatles syndrome/ like in 1964 upon that rock groul visiting the San Francisco Bay Area the fans clammored to meet them. His Holines th Dalai Lama if you listen to him carefully states that we are social animals and need to have direct contact with each other. This means not being afraid of direct contact with other people directly. How had humans communicated with each other centuries ago when there ws no recording devices sound cameras and mobile phones? They obviously had to socialise directly in person with eath other. This has been a contributing factor (especially during COVID) with this physical distancing (called reeoneously 'social distancing') which many people had taken to mean to avoid social contact of one would die from Coronavirus! Th is got snuck into encouraging social distancing as a means of social isolation, to keep people weak, and easy to be controlled (brainwashed) by the corporate infrastructure, United we stand, divided we fall. remeber? They want us divided (i.e. socially divided) as to make the multitudes of common people meek and un able to stand up for justice and human rights. (Also I think possible an element of homophobia might be a factor in this division as well). Hernitage is also a leading cause for health issues as well. We are not islandsunto our selves, we need to be socisl beings,again even His Holiness has constantly stated this. (not hiding behind anominity of high tech, but the old fashined way which has worked for milennia, direct human contact! Nice I had no idea of His Holiness' daily schedule! I would have a problem initially of waking up at 03:00 Hrs. but may eventually like getting over with Jetlag get used to it. Nice video.
