Hey Ant! Big fan of your channel and the bbq youtube community as a whole. I'm a registered dietian and I've seen a lot of BBQ RU-vidrs like yourself and Jeremy Yoder mention about keeping the weight off between videos and trips so I always put it out that as a BBQ loving RD, I'm an equally big lover of health and always trying to help folks in the community!

Ant, Thanks for another great video! You are so much better now at keeping clean while eating!😂 I am upset that the Academy Awards snubbed you last night! All your videos are better than Oppenheimer! Maybe if you could just get Emma Stone to be in one of your videos or Jon Cena eating bbq with you without his clothes!😂 Can you explain more how they got their Turkey to be so good without butter? What would you say are the must try items? I will stopping on a Thursday on my way down to SC. I have eaten at all the top spots in Austin.

Brisket, Ribs (they changed them from when we went, they are smoked and then finished over live coals sounds amazing), the pulled pork, Turkey BLT (made with their insane turkey and their smoked pork belly thats charred on the flat top insane) . For sides, beans, Brussel Sprouts were insane, and Mac and Cheese were our favorites.
