I Tried the New Most Toxic Deck but Then My Opponent... 

Hey bro, real quick. Can you shed some light on number 43 burn FTK. I've been running into it a lot lately, and I seriously think it needs to go. It's an FTK where all you need to do is go into Utopia and summoning the Utopia that cheats out number monsters and cheat out Numeron dragon along with numer 43 burning you for 100k plus after a life gain effect copying Numeron dragon attack stat. Please shed some light on this. I'm sick and tired of seeing FTKs in Master Duel, especially when you are literally about to rank up!!

I hate sitting through FTKs, and personally, I wish all FTKs were banned. Exodia included. It's not cool anymore it's cringe and annoying.

⁠​⁠@@gonzalogarcia312so 95% of the time you see it, it’ll be a bot (someone figured out a while ago that it’s the easiest ftk to code, so people just set up their account to endlessly farm the handful of gems you get every few games whilst afk). You can beat the bot by chaining literally any card or effect to the first effect they activate at the start of their turn, since they’re programmed to activate cards in a certain sequence and they’ll miss timing on their burn effect if you interrupt them. It doesn’t need to be an effect that negates or removes anything- it could be maxx c, cosmic cyclone, a labrynth furniture card, or any of the other thousand of quickplays/quick effects in the game. If you don’t draw anything you can chain, then sadly it’s gg if they have full combo (but that’s the same for any ftk - at least every deck has multiple outs to this one).

Mikanko deck is the waifu version of the numeron deck. Change my mind. 😂

Thats extreme i can think of at least 5 much more toxic ways to win than D.D dynamite.

yeah and you need as much gas to break a board, so running Axe of Fools with DES might lower the consistency of the deck. I prefer DES only.

If you equip double edged sword on one of your normal summonable monsters and directly attack, it does 4k damage to them Then use the green dance and pop the smaller monster, then use the ritual monsters effect to equip double edged sword to it and attack for 4k again It CAN OTK but it needs that setup lol

There is a way to setup OTK when opponent not placing monsters at all

@@jofx4051 I know, but it involves some very specific setup, like summoning a monster from the opponent's gy and summoning a Kaiju on top of it... it's still a terrible a mirror match, don't pretend that it's not

@@hakminblakmin7263 i run 1 of most of the equips except arabesque, 1 of hu-li ni-ni and ha-re, 3 ohime, 1 ceremony, and 1 kagura. i think the only equip im currently not using is either purification dance or fire dance, i forget which it is. It's probably not the best way to play the deck by any means, but it's fun to see things work out with it

no it's not. It's a quick spell, you can't search that using Mikanko. You can search any equip spell using Mikanko.

Can't be searched, either Axe or Double edge is more consistent

​​@@xDeathCrownxif they pop it, you can just re-equip it with ohime. Axe is also a good way to force out a negate. If you try to equip it to an opponent's baronne, they're definitely going to respond. Whereas your quickplay spell is just a brick in hand. It's more of a "win more" card.

Dont ban maxx c until all this new turn 1 archetype is nerfed. Or just make it semi limited to balanced it out. Otherwise all the rouge deck cant compete. MD is different to OCG and TCG which we have access to all the old cards.

​@@maryiry685tbh some decks need to summon like 5-10 times in a turn for a single interruption (ie Salamangreat) while other decks get crazy card advantage anyway, so I think it should be limited. If you activate Maxx "C" against a Dragon Link player who didn't open an Ash or anything that can negate it, you win. Simple as that😂

@@GasMKcorrection; you win if 1. They don’t have Maxx C or Nibiru themselves, or if 2. You’re running a deck that can deal 8k damage in a turn, handle what interruption they do have (most likely some Bystial summons and Branded Beast/Saronir/Druiswurm monster card removal), and build an end board that can handle the dragon link players second turn. Which is the main problem for most people with ygo being that unless you’re playing an un-unique, repetitive, and pretty boring top tier deck, then you probably aren’t doing all of those things in a single turn for a guaranteed win.

how can be otk deck have bunch of interuption, what for anyway when u just go blind second.

You just aim to otk and relying to untargettable mikanko cards once furi on the field along with at least an equip card to survive if you don't OTK

@@roldyseven3937 they rely mostly on low def attack monsters and spells so if you get them with virus cards they are done, also you can tribute their monsters thanks to lair

You need it for empty boards and when you're stuck with just 1 Mikanko to work with.

What are you even talking about, nobody plays combo decks that summon tons of negates. Everyone is on branded, purrily, kashtira, apart from handtraps none of these put up a ton of negates, nor do they combo for very long

@@user-lc3on9fd9m you're hilarious. The majority of combo decks are putting up 4-6 disruption consistently. No, they don't necessarily have to be negates but YOU do the math. 6 cards in hand on turn 2, 4-6 disruption on average consisting of at least one omni negate. By the time you play through all that your down to what 2 to 1 cards? That means 4 to5 of your cards HAVE to be good enough to even prompt disruption. Then what? Pass turn? Yall are hilarious 😂

@@sonjudah5602 There is a big difference between negate and disruption in general. And like I said, unless you run into one of those dragon link players their combos aren't even that long. I wasn't even arguing about the number of disruptions. And who are you referring to when you say "yall"?

@@user-lc3on9fd9mMost going first decks are all about negates and interruption. It fell off a little with Tear but nearly everyone still does it and has options to do it.

I’d much rather play against Mikanko then any of the dozens of never-ending combo decks that end on infinite interruptions only to maxx c when you try to break the board.

Gimmicky deck > Infinite negates with Apex Avian, Tear 0 , Kashtira literally telling you not to play the game, Runicks banishing your entire deck, Floodgates/Labyrnth, 10 year Adamacipator turns, the list goes on. You really can’t sit here and bold face type you rather play against all those mention over a silly battle focused deck. 🤷‍♂️

@Y2Jericho1023 Yea but if you're playing a competent Tier 1 or 2 deck you're going to have interaction if you've built your deck properly. People complain about combo decks but Modern Yu Gi Oh is all about combo decks. Mikanko and Numeron are just brainless decks that you can't have any interaction with because all if your interaction is tributed away, or you weren't running solemn judgment or something along that line. Very boring and un fun to play against.
