Some feedback for the thumbnail: Try not to put words in the bottom right corner, as on many devices that will get covered by the length of the video indicator, making it unreadable.

@@Holstead I've read a few horror stories on the NewTubers subreddit of this tanking channels, they gained a load of followers but it ruined their CTR which had a major impact on future videos. Maybe try it with a new channel if you do indeed give this a go.

Purely in terms of making money from AdSense from RU-vid videos, I don't think it would be worth it. Because if I spent say $20 per thousand ad impressions to get people to see my video thumbnail, and 5% clicked, I'd be paying $400 per thousand people who actually click through and view the video. And I don't make $400 per thousand views from my videos

as someone with a chronic health issue I do find it hard to keep to a schedule as my condition will be random. I am getting better at feeling when it happens though and taking the breaks I need.

I feel like you didn't "try" them as much as you just did them once. Would of loved to see which hacks you actually implemented and why. Also could have rated the hacks on a scale of 1-10. Other than that it was a good video.

There's a ton of pseudoscience in this, like taking a cold shower. Yeah it wakes you up, but the energy it takes your body outweighs any benefit 10 to 1, and none of the benefits people tout on the internet have actually been proven to be real and not placebo. Surely nothing is going to work for EVERYONE, so trial and error is the only thing you can do to figure out what works and what doesn't. If something is placebo, it still works tho right? Also I agree with the thing you said about distraction.
