You are very brave, this woman didn’t do any hygiene cleaning or use alcohol rub your skin before needling, and she touched your skin right away after taking out needles, which are totally unprofessional and dangerous of spreading blood pathogenic diseases. She will never pass the Acupuncture exam and get her license in my province by doing what she did in this video. And to clarify about cupping, silicon cup does not work. so you don’t need to expect too much from it. Only fire cupping does efforts on improving circulation. Silicon cups did suck your skin surface only and have no efforts on anything. What made your skin different is Acupuncture and GuaSha. And if you do GuaSha at home everyday, you can see the big improvement too.

Most of our clients are far more triggered by the look of needles than the actual feel when receiving them. But for those who are needle phobic there are other genius tools we use like Facial Gua Sha, Cupping and Hot herbal poultice - all of which are very relaxing while also being effective.

I'm a little nervous around needles and I tried acupuncture to help with my mental health and some period pain. I don't think I've ever had such an immediate and positive response to a medical procedure before! I am so glad that I tried it out! If you're on the edge of trying it, go for it! It was INCREDIBLE for pain relief and the effects are so long-lasting! (also you don't really see/feel the needles cause it's out of your sight-line so I didn't find it scary once we started!) :)

We would agree with you Ethericrose, we do try to make this as affordable as possible given our New York City rent and believe in paying our practitioners and staff a good living wage. There are many factors and considerations that go into how we charge. The most important thing is that all varieties of costs are available out there, there are those who are less costly than us and those that are far more expensive. We are somewhere in the middle.

I was very nervous since a guy was doing it to me and I did have to strip down a little but he made sure I was comfortable and well covered with towels. Acupuncture vs. Dry Needling Acupuncture and dry needling are often confused with each other. Both procedures involve the insertion of needles into the skin. However, there are some important differences between these two procedures. Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been used for over 3000 years. It is based on the belief that there is a life force energy, known as qi, that flows through the body. The goal of acupuncture is to restore balance to the body by correcting any imbalances in the flow of qi. Dry needling is a relatively new procedure that has only been used for the past few decades. It is based on the Western medical model of anatomy and physiology. The goal of dry needling is to release muscle tension and trigger points. There are some similarities between acupuncture and dry needling. However, there are also some important differences. Acupuncture is a holistic approach to medicine that looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms of the disease. Dry needling is a more targeted approach that focuses on specific muscle groups. Learn about the various Acupuncture Treatment Modalities and what you can expect from a session with a Certified Doctor of Acupuncture by visiting www.eacuwell.com/acupuncture
@CroisMoi
@CroisMoi Год назад
Dry needling is horrible. They try to break down trigger points. Thinking it is scar tissue. The push the needle in and out over and over, causing damage. See a licensed acupuncturist for good results.

Numerous times she touched the skin and needle to push it in further and did not maintain a sterile field for an invasive procedure. The health department should monitor her and make changes.

I use to get accupunture done but it made me worse. Like I'm talking migraines, spasms, just overall body ache and made me so nauseated.
