Something that has been a game changer for me is setting my face with powder after I use a primer. Keeps the oils at bay longer. So ... Primer Powder Foundation Powder Setting spray ^works like a charm

I love your accent!!! 💕 i have oily skin too and find that the Becca primer works best for me. BUT, I will say..... after trying different makeup, I think there are a bunch of factors that come into play! First, your skin hydration level! My skin is ALWAYS more oily when I try to make it dry. It’s like it produces more oil BECAUSE it’s dry. When I put on an oil free moisturizer first, my skin is fine.. also, I stopped washing my face with soap before makeup because it dries me out. I just take a hot wet rag and wash my face with it without soap. second, I stopped using “for oily skin” foundations and powders. Something about products “for oily skin” we’re naming me more oily and I think it’s because it contains drying substances, that provoke your skin to make more oil lol. I still by oil free just not “for oily skin”. My skin is so much better now!! I still get a little oily around my nose and forehead sometimes, but not nearly as bad and it will strangely be the days I either didn’t wash off my face with hot water or didn’t moisturize. I hope this helps! I don’t even wear my primer anymore except on days I know the heat will be blazing and I’ll sweat

you should do more videos like this were you are testing THOROUGHLY a specific TYPE of product. I would love to see one about matte foundations.

I think the foundation plays a part also when it comes to the oily skin after so many hours of wear🙂

I would say that you should switch to a matte foundation as that L’Oréal one is for more normal/ dry. I found that Pairing a matte primer and foundation would be a matte look for longer

The NYX primer works wonders, maybe try to warm it with your fingers then apply it tapping, instead of rubbing it in your skin.

You need to try the smashbox smooth and blur primer. I think you also need to use a setting powder to set everything. Maybe change your foundation as well.

Hi. Your skin is very pretty with and without make-up. Since the oil is problematic you would look just as pretty without the foundation. I am also an oil queen. I stopped my focus from make-up to skin care. Reason being having clear skin eliminates the need for make-up. Make-up is a confidence booster but so is beautiful skin.😏 Now my focus is in finding matte products for my bare skin. Most are made to be worn under make-up. You are beautiful either way. Trust!
