I love how this doesn't show the contrast between the organized squadrons and the suicide swordfish that kept charging from left. But I hate that the swordfish kill boards didn't work properly, as quite a few swordfish, including myself, got a few kills on the destroyers and torpedo boats. Red squadron FTW.

The level of coordination on the second event was awesome, I think that the swordfish could have stood a chance vs the three capital ships the second time just due to getting their crap together and actually using strategy learned in the first run.

Try taking The Admiral Hipper and (My favorite Shipgirl of Camp Iron Blood) Prinz Eugen of the Hipper class Heavy Cruisers, Köln and Karlshue of the K/Karlshue class Light Cruisers, and 12 Destroyers of various classes from Type 1934 to Type 1936A (Mob). You will have Air Cover in the form of Bf-109E's and Bf-110 C-2's. You will also be avoiding a collection of British and American Surface units as well as enduring Air Attacks by Swordfish and Beaufort's with Torpedoes escorted by Spitfire Mk. 1's and F4F-3 Wildcats escorting SBD-3 Dauntless' and TBD-1 Devastator's, dive bombing and Torpedo bombing you respectively. Would also like to see you try this challenge out again once the Scharnhorst's and any other Capital ships come out.

Fun fact the KMS graf spee is not just any ordinary CL/CA it's a pocket Battleship or a battleship

There is one little correction i would like to make about your Statements on the Channel Dash beeing Blind luck, although it still played a part in the Success. The Germans were employing a kind of close Air suport from the Luftwaffe, wich was so effektive, that only a few of the attacking RAF aircraft made it throug, although none of them Scored a hit.

For those of you who are curious, when the Germans were in port originally, they would cover the area is smoke to protect the boats from British aircraft/bombers. When the boats left, they managed to dodge an British scouting party but those at port still put up the smoke screen. It wasn't until they made good distance in the channel before actually being spotted.

They should have used the erich stienbeck for a destroyer escort. It has supurb damage control, speed and anti aircraft protection that can rival cruisers.

Unrelated but with the harrier cant you use the control of the exhausts to aid in stall fights when you need to turn over kinda like a stall and roll to roll back over faster?

So the british team was only allowed to use Swordfish? I didnt really catch that in the beginning, but if I recall, then the Channel Dash fleet of Kriegsmarine did had air cover in form of Fw-190s and BF-109s, while the british did tried to torpedo the fleet with some patrol boats or small/costal destroyers. Beside, the main gun on Spee is also almost the same as Scharnhost ships, so get one more in a Spee and you might be close enough to the real Channel Dash XD I do wish to get a heads up for something like this. Looks and sounds fun to try out (Too bad I dont have high ranked ships yet)
