Sweet custom Datsun pickup there Aki! I love the fender flares, the wheels, and using wood veneer for tha bed was a stroke of genius. Sorry about the bad paint reaction, I've dealt with the decals causing a reaction with the paint like that before. If you spray a light gloss coat before appling the decals it can prevent this...sometimes. A lot of the times the cause can be a mystery. Glad that you dealt with it and continued on with the project. Thanks for sharing, stay safe and keep on keeping on!!

When using chem strip is always good idea to wash with soap and water to neutralize the chem most chem strip will leave residue have had the same issue before

Love that bed detail! Great idea. What do you think happened to the paint? Was your cat messing around with the paint stripper? My cats do that a lot, always catch them in my model paints or modifying my code on my website. Cats can be a-holes! ;)

Why did the paint wrinkle like that? That happens to mine sometimes and its so frustrating not knowing why its happening! Awesome end results tho, yours looks great!!
