I Turned A CHILDREN'S Coloring Book Into A MASTERPEICE 

Holy poop!!! That looks SOOO different from the start. So cool! The glow is incredible! But I could NEVER do THAT much pencil coverage myself, soooo many "scribbles", 100% your hand needs to recover 😅. Oh and thanks sooo much for the mention in the intro ❤.

Imagine in a 3rd grade art class when the art teacher gives out coloring books and there is this one kid, that one darn kid. Who absolutely makes it a realistic masterpiece.

Why is no one talking about how she said "eI eI eI mY dOg iS drINkInG tHe tOilEt wAtEr" made me burst into laughter!!! But omggg Rae your art is fabulous!! I love how you transformed a simple kids drawing into a absoulute work of art! You may call it a 'Master Piece' but truly..it is a *Master's Puzzle*

Amazing talent and a great video. I suppose my expectations were a bit skewed; I would have loved to see you stick with the original design and show us how you would mask and alter the unwanted lines, instead of just completely redrawing it and omitting them altogether.

Even finishing the colouring book without ruining was a proud thing during childhood days

I like the "winter wonderland" of the blue scheme. I also got the idea when you were laying out the background that a spooky, foggy swamp with a random pumpkin head on a stick rising out of the water would be sooo creepy. You know, the swamp people put it out there in their pirogue....hence, the randomness.

I feel like part of the challenge to this is the fact that it has dark lines and crappy paper…. You just completely took that out of the challenge lol

I have used acrylic paint on actual printer paper before... you’d be surprised at how much you can put paper through when you’re finding creative ways to save money because you’re broke and I have a sketch book that’s a similar thickness to printer paper that I’ve used watercolor on (it warped like crazy but didn’t rip)

This looks awesome! I think what I like best about this 'trend' is the fact that people are seeing colouring as more of an artistic skill. I do "adult colouring" (I hate that phrase) for relaxation and pain management and have done for years. I've gotten pretty good at it, but if you say "colouring" to some artists/creative people they tend to think of you with crayons, scribbling away and trying not to go out of the lines 🤣 This trend shows exactly how much work can be put into a colouring page and how it is still a form of art even if you didn't draw the line art yourself.

I love kids coloring books 💕, they really give you a lot of flexibility. Sometimes adult coloring books are so detailed that I have trouble planning out or even winging what I want to do with them.

Those little details are so hard, especially finale touch’s, like you don’t know what to add but you do know there is something’s missing and you have to be so careful with what u add just in case you mess something up that can rub out like , your screwed , you have to started over and all beginner artists like me know how hard it is with finale touches and I love how that turned out! The tiny details that you out are beautiful 🤩 you are a great artist! Keep it up ♥️

So, random (not random) thing. I found this channel yesterday (this video in particular) and I'm finding --holy shmizzle!-- I'm actually getting back in touch with my artistic mojo. That is, wanting to draw and art again! WhaaAAAAAAAaaat?? Used to draw all the time as a kid, teen, and even in my 20s. Not so much these days (not even sure what happened to my pencils and other art supplies). Though...I did see a shiba inu doggo named Max that I *HAD* to draw...a couple months back. (ShibeNation shoutout to Max!) So thanks for resurrecting my artistic muse! Woot!

The reason why I love your channel so much is, you show us the mistakes you made (even if I think they are no mistakes) and the process behind it all. It really motivates me to keep on drawing!

I love how you've shown the whole process of your project, from brainstorming to the end product. I thought I was the only who goes through a hard time thinking of ideas for my artwork. Because most of the time, people go straight drawing in their videos and then it will come to me that they don't struggle like I do when I draw. 😅 I love how it turned out though. Very nice! 😊

This trend and how you did it is so cool, it had my mind running from the start: i thought i'd have made the "leg" and Arms of the pumpkin as parts of the plant itself, and in the background a horror transposition of cinderella when preparing for the ball, where the fairy really ducked up with the carriage
