Absolutely lovely kitbash. The only thing I didn't like, is the lack of clothing, since Slaanesh models are full of it, however this looks great! I would be scared of having it on display though

I honestly think this one is a bit lacking in substance. While I appreciate the Guyver call out, you glued a few spikes on some random parts then painted it purple. Making her look like a creepy doll seems more like an excuse to do less sculpting work than an intentional design feature. I dunno just not my favorite, sorry man.
Agreed, i tried it myself to convert Action Figures but never was satisfied with how distint to warhammer style they looked. Either to little own Detail or to unfitting added ones.
I worked several conventions on miniature desk and one the things we do is take up models for painting competions and I seen few "intresting" entries like Warhammer giant made from He-Man toy and Chaos hell cannon made from daemonettas and really big dildo...
The Face attached to the wire without the miliput would also be a cool view - showing that the face is just a thing madeup to make people uncomfortable to look at
I think there really ISN'T enough spooky, sad, or furious doll imagery in 40k. Dolls/androids are a lot of fun for miserable, yet, thematic stories. Daemons are a great way of doing that so great job making it a reality in plastic, it's fantastic.

While it does look very..... Slaneesh, I have a feeling that it needs some kind of clothing, like some robes or maybe some fabric covering her back and between her legs Seems a bit too naked for me 😅
As someone who watches doll customization videos and miniature videos in about equal amount and does both hobbies, it's always hilarious when someone from one end of the spectrum accidentally crosses the streams and has an absolute ball with it. Especially because doll customizers are generally well aware of how we sound when we go "and then we pop off the head, cut off the hair, tear out the rest from inside, and wipe the face with acetone! You know, the usual", and it's always horrifying to everyone who's... not quite used to The Usual. Always love to see it, though, and she turned out great! If you ever kitbash with fashion dolls again (even though I don't expect it to become a habit), one common way of hardening the squishy vinyl heads is to dunk them in a jar of acetone overnight. It'll shrink the head slightly as well, but that can be a plus, if you want it a little smaller anyway.
Love the idea. I think it needs to be pushed a bit more around the joints, especially the hips. The gaps really take away from it. The chains are right there, make a chain loin cloth/miniskirt or something. Pauldrons would really help as well. Not bad, just could be pushed a bit more.
