In my Stupidly Simple 5-Step process to building an online business, the 5th and final step is to REVIEW your work. It is important to act as a scientist; testing and monitoring the impact of any new change or new process in order to determine if you will keep it, adjust it or remove it.
I flipped the monetization switch on my RU-vid channel almost 90 days ago and recently did a review of my channel's metrics and performance in light of this change. I was shocked by what I discovered.
A famous business saying is that when you take action, you either get the result that you wanted, or the lesson you needed. Today, I learned a very important lesson on how to run my RU-vid channel and ultimately my online business.
