Belt drive is the one upgrade I wanna make to my daily over the winter to be ready for next season. For no reason other quietness. I like my bikes to ride as silent as possible...as someone with OCD, any squeek or anything just doesnt sit right with me. Eliminating chain noise would be a dream.
I’m buying this bike. I have a Cannondale gravel bike that I’m selling, but what you did to this is amazing. I’d love to see the video of the gravel. How do I do that?
Interesting build. Is the large tire size differential between the front and back because of limited clearance in the back or based on something else? I would also be curious how the fork and tires changed the bike geometry; how slack are the head tube and seat tube angles?
I just bought my tenways, how did you route the cable from the battery to the front handle bars and what cable did you use? How did you connect it to the battery?
So i watched some reviews with this ebike and im interested in buying it. But, several people said (just like you have) that the bike is a little hard to pedal. In the case that i do end up buying the bike, what exactly do i need to tinker with? i have no experience with this sort of stuff either, but judging from your video it looks like you replaced the chainring as well as the belt drive. How do i know which ones I need to buy to make the bike a little bit easier to pedal?
Very cool but you kinda did turn it into a mountain bike with 100 mil travel. Did you make gravel forks that are about 40 to 50 mm of travel but looks good
