Hey Sid, I’m Chay 22 years old a student and employee from Hyderabad, I have been your subscriber for many years and I have seen your hustle and your story in every video despite your injuries (ACL and meniscus tear), you never gave up and had this warrior mentality. I am suffering from a meniscus tear and a partial tear in the ACL and for almost 6-7 years I have had this knee pain and will soon be going for surgery in Jan 2024. I am a dancer and a fitness enthusiast as well, but my dad is saying to let go of my hobbies after the surgery. I feel I still have hope, it may take time for my recovery but I am confident that I’ll be dancing and start working out just like you. I would like to take a moment and thank you for this drive I get from your videos, If it’s not you….idk from where I’ll get this motivation and confidence. I hope we can chat one day and I know for sure you’ll recover soon bro❤💫. Thank you Brother, Your Subscriber, Chaitanya 😊.
Hello Brother Chaitanya, i have been diagnosed with a low grade partial tear of my ACL in the month of April this year, could you tell me whether a surgical intervention is mandatory for its treatment or is there any non surgical way for it to get treated, thanks.
@salmansher4643 I suggest you get an MRI done in a different hospital too because sometimes It detects partial ACL tear even though if you do not have that, take different experienced doctors' advice before you take your decision
Bro I have a genuine advice I also had some Knee issues but I fixed it with tweaking my kicking technique a little minimizing the snap & focusing more on strengthening the knee tendons with the advice from Knees Over Toes Guy
Bro this intense training is not good for your torn meniscus because during exercise your knee plays important role in load trasfer to ground which results further injury to your meniscus
Brother your knee is not ready to handle your body weight as you hold lot of muscle mass in your upper body and you have a huge frame as well... weight cut kr k dekho ye injury nhi hogi...
Brother a genuine advice you are a body builder not a footballer. Loose your upper body mass if you want to play football that's the only way to be less prone to this kind of injury.
They’re more than capable of handling my bodyweight. It all comes down to exposing your body to certain movements and positions. When i had my first tear, i was 83kgs, about 12% bf. Weight can be a contributing factor but not the main reason especially if you have been training sensibly.
@@SiddhantRaiSikandI think brother it is problem because you can see footballers no one of them carry such muscle mass their is a reason behind it musclemass is a problem from such dynamic sports avoid such sports for your longetivity
