Yep, as long as you have the correct year, any areas that have variations due to engine differences will show the relevant bit for each.

I'm afraid not, I believe they are only available second hand. Possibly a SEAT dealership might be able to get a hold of them, but if so they will be very expensive. Majority of owners just get 2nd hand sets.
