I used A Numatic Henry & Tk-286 Vacuum For A Whole Month! Vacuum Of The Month Review 

Just got a Henry Xtra yesterday and I absolutely love him. I have mostly hard floors in my apartment, carpet in the bedroom. My old Hoover bagless “pet” vacuum was utterly useless on the hard floors. I’d have to sweep the whole room and then just use the hose to suck the dust and dog hair up, even with the brush roll off. Meanwhile Henry works brilliantly and the Airobrush is great even on my thicker carpet. I was worried the ~620 watts wasn’t enough, but it does a much better job than the Hoover ever could. Thought I’d hate the canister style, but it was an easy transition. Glad I finally got a decent vacuum.

Your channel is the only one that gives real unbiased advise about what vacuum to buy. I say unbiased not because you don't share your personal opinion form your extensive experience. No, your advise is form a tech's perspective. You show us the inner workings and how better parts, manufacturing and execution translates into a better vacuum. Based solely on your advise I bought the "cheap Miele" SGDE0. I swear I am falling in love with this thing. Even though it doesn't have a powerhead this is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. The air in my apartment feel SO much cleaner after using it with the hepa filter I bought off amazon. Your vids are invaluable. I am now a new convert. Keep preaching the word of Miele.

Speaking about clogged central vacuums, I was able to get a customer’s system unclogged where other service techs couldn’t. The customer thought the clog was impossible to remove, but duct cleaning equipment really helped loosen the clog and a shop vac to one of the ports did the rest.

If you look very closely you’ll notice that the upholstery tool with its dusting brush removed also comes from old Eureka. In fact it’s the one that came with the first generation Mighty Mite and most Eureka products dating back to the ‘50s

So happy to see Henry coming to the States as even my wife, who never vacuums, wants one. I've seen several UK vacuum collectors raving about them on RU-vid. Cool one exclusive Simplicity, dare I say it's a little Oreck looking.

I bought this new mini Henry. Had him before. Great British export. Had two Milele canister before. Great vacuum but motor burned out on a solution Heppa and a 5000 series cat and dog just became useless at picking up. Henry never gives up. In the UK he cleans everything from Hotels, workshops, chimneys and boilers. Oh and he cleans millions of homes. Bought one Dyson, like most , they only ever buy one.

The brushes on the turbonozzle are soft enough for that type of wool weave. It’s soft enough for a Chinese wool rug or an Aubberson rug from France. I wouldn’t use it on a Persian rug or an Indian woven rug and never with a silk.

Can you tell me how does this Henry with the TK 286 compare with the Miele Calima?

What do you think about the cordless riccar? It's the blue model? I believe it only has one speed but it looks like a regular handheld?

Very good vid. I’ve never had any experience with a Simplicity. It will be interesting to hear your opinion. What are you going to use for above the floor and your hard floors? Central Vacuum or continue with Henry?
