HAHAHA the stream clips were quite possibly the best thing ever, I love how many Hermits joined and watched the stream to cheer Tango on And kudos to Bdubs, he did AMAZING with the parkour challenge, like??! Minecarts and jump-breaking the banner? When he first showed the finished product on his video, I was thinking "that tower looks totally decorative, there's no way you can actually do parkour up that, right?? RIGHT??"

Piglin bartering farm idea: take advantage of their AI. When they see gold, they go running. Time the gold to drop on opposite sides of a big field. I’m picturing a swarm of piglins running back and forth frantically in big waves, chasing the gold.

For anyone who hasn't watched that livestream, I very, very encourage you to. This went on for far more than an hour and every single moment was this hillarious if not more. Absolute top-tier content

I want the piglins to be bounced so that their trajectory crosses with that of the bouncing gold bars, so they will pick up the gold in midair. Extra points if you can get them to throw their items midair too - then they would do all of their interactions while bouncing :D

Use piglin bartering in Decked Out as some sort of way to open a hidden passage! If the piglin drops a relatively common drop, or an uncommon if you want to do that, it can activate a hopper of some kind by going through it and that can reveal a secret area for the person playing - of course, they need to gather gold which is another kind of fun loot they can look for while playing, maybe even one they can save in between runs, depending on how nice you want to be!

The Piglin Bartering can be based on a casino or slot machines! For example, sets of 3 Piglins can be carted around and placed on display in a slot machine, given gold, and if they all spit out the same item (or a desired item like quartz), then the machine lights up! This can also be used as an attraction for other hermits.

Remember the Boatem meeting system where they were getting flung around in mine carts and Mumbo would have a system shooting notes that people would catch and read? That's how to do piglin bartering.

for the bartering Tango, if a piglin and gold ingot are in the air at the same time, crossing paths, the piglin will pick up the gold mid air, i'll leave the rest to you :)

For the trading farm - "Mouse Cheese Run" - Mazes on the nether roof, with glass ceiling and gold ingots (cheese) spat out properly timed so the piglins would run from one to the next, to the next getting their "cheese"

When building our gold farm, we totally underestimated the sheer amount of rotten flesh it would produce. Luckily, we had the ability to smelt it into leather.But probably 1/3 of it was just thrown into lava

Bartering idea: Launch gold and piglin so they slide on a wall of Honey and then meet while sliding. Piglins will dump their goods in the bottom and then be launched again. It would look hilarious with a continuing stream of piglins sliding on the wall picking up a continuous stream of gold. You are the one to make this real tango!

OMG I can only imagine the chaos that would ensue with Bdubs capturing the warden. I so want that to happen!!

I love how he's crowned for being the parkour king, but the most challenging part is finding it.

You guys remember episodes 25 from Hermitcraft S8 from Mumbo Jumbo, he made that crazy room were everyone was flying with sticky pistons over the boatem hole. For the pigling idea, Tango could do something simular with having both the pigling and the gold gliding into eachother in the air. The loot that the pigling drops will fall down into a hole.

For anyone who missed or didn’t know tango live streams I HIGHLY recommend you go watch the video on his second channel. It took him a while to get those banners, but it was a blast the whole time. The jokes, other hermits comments in chat, bdubs excellent build, all of it. It was a whole lot of fun. (And follow the dude on twitch so you don’t miss any more 😉) Great job as always, tango.

Have a red stone “ride” like what Mumbo did in the boatem hole last season. You can make it a mini game where if you miss you waste gold, but if you get it to the piglin then you trade.

I don't know how feasible it is, but it might be cool for the piglin bartering farm to have the piglins bartering with each other. What I'm imagining is (in small scale) two piglins whose trade times are offset. First piglin gets given gold and trades. That item is launched through the air, then at some point (with a trapdoor or something) replaced with a gold ingot that gets flung on a similar trajectory towards the second piglin. This process is repeated with the second piglin, who picks up the gold ingot at approximately the same time that the first piglin's ingot arrives, so that it looks like they are actually trading with each other.

Actually, I mostly clicked to tell you that I have been watching Hermitcraft since the very beginning, and the stream where you did BDubs' Adventure Parkour while Hermits joined the server solely for the purpose of helping and/or heckling you was the single greatest piece of Hermitcraft related content that I have ever seen.

Would love to see both gold and piglins launched across a gap. When the piglins land there is a piece of gold waiting for them and with the correct timing they drop the items mid-air into a storage system. Sounds very Tango

Tango I have an idea for bartering farm. The piglins will be in minecart. There will be 2 chambers. One for gold and one for items. Piglins will go to the gold chamber and collect gold. While they are thinking about what to give you / how to scam you they go to the items chamber. Then they drop the items that they trade. And go back to the gold chamber to collect more gold. There can be some flying in beetween the travelling. So in conclusion, instead of taking the items that the piglins trade and put them in a storage you take the piglins to the storage and they drop their items there. LOVE THE VIDS.

Piglin basketball! You launch the pigs in the air when they’re looking at the shiny, and it’s timed when they’re at the highest point they shoot out the bits and it lands in a basketball hoop!

for piglin bartering: something like the season 8 boatem hole meeting room Mumbo built, with piglins in carts shooting around and perfectly timed gold bars being shot at them. maybe all piglins in a line, synchronised to fly in some kind of pattern.

I watched the whole parkour live and I'm still smiling from ear to ear. That was one of the best streams ever

Pigling bartering idea: Build a city that the Piglins live in, maybe based off the lore hints from bastions/etc., with gold popping up on store counters or from fountains in the city square. The Piglins go about their 'lives,' and every now and then a bell tolls and a whole lot of gold appears, and they rush over in some Black Friday-style madness. Items are collected under the floor and piped through the city on ice like the sewers or industrial supply lines.

Laughing my butt off at the stream. Holy cow, what a good challenge & what a great hermit to attempt it. Watching you lean up in your chair for extra jump was exactly what I'd do.

That stream was so much fun to watch live, we love watching Tango parkour and fail miserably

Make it a 1 Diamond admission (or block of you choice since your not doing the diamond thing this season), the door opens and they have to put everything in a chest (comic relief just seeing what other hermits will say/do in their paranoid state having to drop all items in a chest)...push a button on the wall and the next door opens to a large area with a bunch of piglins wondering around and a dispenser issues 1, 2, 5 gold blocks for them to walk through the "petting zoo" with to barter on their own. Saves you time from bartering yourself and makes it cool.

Make a giant gold spewing fountain! Then have the piglins get tossed back and forth above it to collect gold. You can probably time it so they drop their trade item in the launch chamber before getting launched across again!

Mega Sized Click Bait!

For the piglins, I think it would be cool if there was a massive rollercoaster with all the piglins flying about. When they get to a certain point they stop and get an item and that item then get dropped off at a certain point

Piglin waterfall, Pigs get chucked forwards from high point like creeper cannon in season 7, get thrown gold while in midair, and then get funneled back up top to go on the ride of joy all over again! Think of a right triangle, the hypotenuse is the piglin's descent/gold grabbify zone, the horizontal leg is them going to the elevator, the vertical leg is the elevator of piggy happiness. Add about 200 piglins and you'd have a constant stream of Piglin waterfall!

A few dumb piglin bartering ideas: Showers for all the items - so you stand on a pressure plate and 16+ dispensers go crazy until you're all clean. Getting rid of excess/unwanted items via TNT explosions or something even cooler. A light show to keep you entertained while AFK. Also jukebox auto shuffler. Fireworks whenever a shulker is filled with obsidian/crying obsidian. Key card to enter piglin bartering area. Drops TNT if wrong item is entered? Lava jacuzzi with splash fire resistance automatically dispensed periodically. Plus pet strider; Jimmy. Potion upgrader since you get I think 3 minute fire resistance but you can upgrade to 8 minutes and splash potions. Button that just says, "press if feeling rich" that just dispenses gold into lava. "spawn teleporter" that just detonated tons of TNT. Roller coaster.

Idea for the Bartering thing. Instead of bringing gold to the piglins, you bring the piglins to the gold. I will leave the finer details to your imagination Edit- Maybe you have a slime block launch system that cycles the piglings so they can finish examining the gold before they get launched to the pick up platform. you could have the gold be dispensed adjacent to where the piglin is standing so the gold doesn't get launched with the piglin.

Sal's Sales Shop! You give them a gold ingot and they toss you the first piece of junk they grab from behind the counter. He has a large array of "helpers" in the back room that keeps his "junk" supply fully stocked for all the gullible tourists that pass through

Piglin Bartering Idea: A Casino, where the player always wins, but the prizes (gold) always get deposited (flung) to the piglins. Roulette with the awesome noteblock gambling sounds? Jackpot! *piglins scream with glee* Poker where you always get a winning hand? Jackpot! *piglins scream with glee* Slots which always land on 777? Jackpot! *piglins scream with glee* Lots of lights and sounds every time you win, casino-style. Lots of gold flying every time you do.

i would love a piglin bartering vending machine! you put your gold in and the gold travels along on a silly path to the piglins, and the trades pop out at your feet :)

this might be ineficient, but my idea is kind of a juggle with the piglins and the gold, so they pick it up midair and throw it in your face, or the great piglin collider? smash the piglin and gold togetger, to create some beautiful product?

Idea: you mentioned flying pigs and flying gold, why not do both? You could launch a piglin through the sky and drop a gold out of the air timing it so the piglin catches the gold. You could do this in such a way that you could be juggling multiple piglins. Which could look very cool and hilarious 😂

Piglin bartering, fun (Tango) style: piglins in an arena style enclosure….gold dropping in a rotating slow cascade(droppers timed sequentially)….piglins running to the next drop, pushing, shoving to get it first…..round and round they go…..collection under each drop zone….

Tango Bartering Idea: Have the piglins slide down a honey wall and have the gold shot at them with a slime block launcher. Then to get the piglins up top have some slime block machine bring them back up.

Casino Themed Barter Area? Put in gold ingot, slots roll and make noise, then out pops the item!

about the bartering farm: i would love to see a piglin flying and catching a gold (flying the opposite direction) in mid air, after a few seconds well after it landed, it can drop off its resources and fly again. I don't know if they can pick up gold instantly, but if they do, this would be the coolest thing to watch. Or maybe like a gold fountain in the middle, and all the piglins fly through it to get their gold would be cool too! anyhow, whatever you decide to do im sure will be just as, if not more, exciting! :)

Idea for piglin bartering: Have the items being sorted go through a rube gold berg machine where specific items get filtered on the way through. You could even add sounds, fireworks and other fun bits!

A piglin trading farm but all the items get dropped into a giant “Plinko” game where they eventually get sorted at the bottom. But you could make it a game we’re hermits can come trade gold with piglin and win prizes based on what the items land on/ pass through!

Ight so idea for the piglin bartering farm: So we want both the gold and the piglins to be flung I have 2 ideas: First Idea: Have the piglins and the gold be flung in a cross shape so the piglins catch the gold as they're being flung (this might be a no idk how long it takes for piglins to pick up gold Second Idea: Fling the gold to the piglin, then fling the piglin AS ITS INSPECTING THE GOLD and have it either drop off the material as its still being flung (again I forget if the timing for bartering is always the same or a range so this might not work) or have the piglin land and then have it drop off the item

For the piglin bartering farm: something with having the gold rain down on honey slides. Perhaps on the inside of a honey tower, with the trading stations in a circle at the bottom. Or on the outside so one flying around can see it!

For the piglin bartering system you could have the pigs on one side, and the gold on the other, and have them launchificate into a cobweb or powder snow in the middle so that he can grab the gold. Then once they fall through they could fall into basically and entity piston feed tape underneath a floor of glass with crazy slime blocks and stuff, timed just right so that the pig throws his items right at the end of the bouncy bouncy feed tape/track before getting reloaded and fired back into the launcher to get another but if gold. This would allow for pigs and gold to be flying around and bouncing around at the same time!! You could also have the items fly back and forth across the room to get into the storage system, similar to Zeds comBREWter.
