Thanks for this video as this was super helpful especially for your independent review of Playlist Supply. This will help us newbies a lot so we don't waste time nor money on things which don't work or cost too much.
That's why I normally stick to DMing on Instagram, plus people are more custom to receiving messages from strangers there. Watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TDRcoFn8OdU.html

this method is probably good at getting streams but when i looked at the music the top cities are the usual suspects of paid and botted streams (not saying you did this.. but playlist owners often do this). Also the number of followers suggests not much engagement compared to the number of streams and monthly listeners you have. It could be the genre (not too familiar with EDM and techno but I assume a lot of ppl just slap on a playlist and let it ride out). This method is probably best if supplemented with facebook ads (more expensive but gets genuine engagement).
Agreed bro. Playlist is good for inflating your numbers (clout) while Facebook/IG, even tho more expensive, is better for "can be" better for building fans
Can you reach out to curators before your song is out? Like send them your song and then they put it on their playlist when it releases? Or should I wait till my song releases (April 22nd) to reach out to curators?
It is great to use PlaylistSupply before a release because you can have playlists locked in for release day and increase your chances of getting algorithmic playlisting!
can we see your analytics like from what countries your plays are coming from? cause I don't trust these services that offers to put your songs on playlist
The playlist you use won't be the same as the ones I use. You need to do you research on each playlist you use if you want to see real plays. Use chartmetrics if you have the budget
Great video Adrian! But one thing bud, so you pay 20$ and they provide you with all the contact information for you to reach out to the playlist owners and then possibly, if they reply or like your song, they will ad it free of charge to their playlists, is that correct? I'm asking because I know it is against Spotify terms to charge for playlist placement, but, the reality is that loads of independent playlist owners who own good playlists which real people listen to and with solid amount of followers, unfortunately do charge you for adding your song into their playlists. So apart from the 20$ from this service, I guess then that you will be also spending minimum of 50$ or so per each individual playlister that you contact so they can potentially add your song to their playlists. Is this they way this tool works? Appreciate the info.

Thanks for sharing this!! I watched a few of your videos for ideas. Which is better, Soundcloud ads, IG ads, or Playlist supply? which ones did you do in 2021 and have the best results?
Depends on what your goals are bro. For me I've found the best ROI (for building a fanbase) on doing SoundCloud campaigns, however, I've made the most money from Spotify streams. So depends what you are looking for and on which platform your audience lives on
@@AdrianBarrin can you please do a video on a compound strategy for a single release with the goal of making a profit on your investment? I watched a few videos from advocates for Spotify platform ads and I saw anti Spotify platform ads video. My Christmas wish is for a rinse and repeat strategy for 2022. In this video I think you where saying in 2021 you focused more on playlist placement over utilizing ads and had a better result, is this true?
If the goal is revenue and you don't currently have a following, then use Spotify playlist. But if you have a following and already making money from Spotify, then use ads to boost your fanbase growth
Hello there i hope that all is good i decided to try this service and was placed in two playlists but when i went on Spotify to see my song on those playlists i couldn't find it so i decided to request a refund because this raised a red flag for me but until now they hadn't responded was i scamed?????
This seemed really promising until the results part (@6:00). Out of 102 playlists, only 4 had email addresses and only 2 had social media links. Isn't providing us with easy to access contact details supposed to be the whole point of the service?
PlaylistSupply is a real time search engine that indexes ALL existing Spotify playlists with a public contact info. It really depends on the way you reach out to a curator. We have a ton of tips to avoid this. Email us at contact@playlistsupply.com for more info.
Yes! You can! We just introduced a new Playlist Directory feature that allows you to save Playlists to your own database within the tool! Highly recommend giving it a shot for your next music release! 👀 🔥
PlaylistSupply is not a pitching service, so outreach has to be done yourself. We only supply users with data and contact information for you to decide which playlists are right for you!

Trash. They make you follow their playlists to build their numbers, but the real playlist listeners on most of those playlists seem to be very low. That's my experience trying for two years there.
@@playlistsupply Ok, so how do you explain how Adrian Barrin got several hundred thousand streams on Spotify when he got as im writing 53 monthly listener and only 8000 total streams on his most popular song on Spotify? Ive seen other videos like this on You Tube where artist praising your service. When I do some backround check on them they have absolute nothing to show of from Spotify... So either theyr lying.. Or even worse they got that actually streams but Spotify detected them because they been using using fake streams and boots through websites just like yours, and corrected theyr actual stream. That is illegal and may get you suspended from Spotify for ewer.... And that's a good thing Spotify takes down ILLEGAL sites and services like yours, on the behalf of people working hard to get legit streams.. Sites like this has been popped up recently last years, and I dont like it.. You steal money from young artist trying to make a way in this hard business.. And that's just not Ok...
Also, you must be a new artist if you don't know how these things actually work. Playlist Supply is a legit service and it's not their job to get the artists streams. They help speed up the process of finding playlist, that's all. Absolutely nothing to do with an artists stream.
Why is that? If you do what I say in the video (with consistency) you'll do fine. Playlist Supply to get the names of the playlist --> Chart Metrics to confirm the playlist followers are real.
@@AdrianBarrin very simple, you want active listeners, you don't want passive listener...active listeners will listen to the song, follow you, save the song or add it to their own playlists. Someone who listens to a playlist isn't likely to tap on that track, save it and follow the artists. But that's what you need to build a career...i did the playlisting grind for a while, but it just inflates streaming numbers...build community instead and combine that with ads, this will get you quality listeners. Playlisting is just not the way to go my guy...and sorry for the long reply
I've had great results with both methods. Also, I always recommend doing both. Not everyone can afford ads, but if you have a small ad budget and combine it with playlisting, the Spotify algorithm will see a lot of activity and push your song more. Also, I've gained a lot of active listeners using playlist. I can tell because my streams are twice as high as my listeners (repeat listeners), my saves on the tracks are high, and I have gained a ton of followers. Plus a lot of people would share the song in their story and tag me or DM me. I do agree with you too an extent, but if you do both playlisting and ads, you'll do way better than just doing 1 of them. Plus I've actually made money back from my playlisting strategies rather than just spending money with ads. Again both work, just needs a proper funnel/strategy.
