That’s ok dear, you’ve got TWO kids inside of you! I gained 35 pounds with my son and he came out only weighing 5lbs. Give your body what it needs to give birth and you’ll drop 80% of the weight in the delivery room ❤
I am a parent of triplet girls (naturally conceived) even though the are 16 now. I still remember those newborn/infant stage like yesterday. One thing I lived by was putting a xtra mini fridge in my upstairs or close to ur bedroom. It definitely helped making night time feedings alot easier. And I also stored xtra water/juice for myself. GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEW INTERNET NIECES AND OR NEPHEWS ❤️❤️
When I was pregnant with my twins my doctor told me to gain 50lbs. It was extremely difficult for me to eat. I would eat two bites of food and feel like a stuffed pepper. I started to drink milkshakes to help with the weight gain. I was fortunate to be able to breastfeed. I dropped down to 140lbs from 200lbs from strictly breastfeeding.
Wow can’t believe you’re in your 3rd trimester already, it feels like yesterday you shared you were pregnant. I pray you have a smooth delivery of your twin.
Mom of twin boys here 🙋🏾♀️👦🏽👦🏽 I found the double stroller (one seat in front of the other) was a lot easier to maneuver than the side-by-side. Also, you absolutely need two of everything, sharing is not feasible in the infant/baby/toddler stage 😌
Girl as soon as you drop those bundles of joy, I promise your body will snap back into place. No need to worry, you do an excellent job of taking care of yourself and it will pay off. You got this🤞🏽💙
I love all of the outfits you have shown. Kim, you look gorgeous and happy. It was so much fun raising identical girls, and then watching my older brother's fraternal twins growing up. Now I'm excited as another set of twins is soon to be born in my immediate family. My family carries a history of twins and triplets. One of my biggest must-haves is a breast pump with a cooler bag. It really helped me not to be engorged when I went out and lots of bra pads. I also cherished a extra large diaper bag with pockets for everything and a bottle warmer. The outer material is easy to wipe clean and it's very durable. Burp clothes and receiving blankets saved my good clothes and theirs from being ruined. Backup pacifiers kept in my bag were always a must. Lots of onesies for quick changes and portable-size toiletries for babies, for traveling and to keep my diaper bag lightweight. I did cloth diapers at home during the days and pampers for overnights and going out. I also loved snap-on toys for my twins' stroller that can snap to their crib mobile and also fit in my bag. When they were old enough, they had suctioned bowls to secure their food from being grabbed while they were being fed, I also had one that I could fill with hot water to keep their food warm on top while they ate, and then I would unscrew the plug and pour the water out after they're finished. I had so many conveniences that I loved, but these I'll share for now. I wish you all the best going forward. I'm excited for you. Be blessed.
You really look great!!! It is so awesome to see your growth over the years both personally and professionally. Thanks for taking us on your life journey! You are super inspiring! Keep shining! ❤❤
That is awesome!!!!!!! I gained that much with 1 child and you have 2 children inside!! You're doing good! With a good workout routine and eating healthy, those baby pounds are gonna melt right off after their birth!! Don't stress just love the Blessings that are taking place !! We don't realize how marvelous the child birth journey truly is!!!!!! We can literally create LIFE!!! You got this girl!!! Just stay active but not too hard on yourself!!
You're positively glowing, and I love your energy. You have more energy than when I carried my second child! You've got this! You're doing a great job, keeping yourself active.💪🏾 Wishing you a safe delivery.
You look amazing Kim. You are doing great, remember you are carrying two blessings. I gained 40 with each of my kids and that was eating healthy and exercising.
I was 145 when I got pregnant with my twins. Had preclapsia and had them at 35 weeks. I weighed 219 when I delivered. Took a while but went back to my normal weight.
MUST have: routine and schedules.....this has helped me so, so, so much I raised them alone and it was tough..... I don't recommend anyone doing that please get help until they are 2 years old....I have boy/girl twins so fraternal and I think you are carrying a boy and girl too. And don't forget to have fun with them as time flies by so quickly. On gadgets it's different for everyone. I really didn't need much but my feeding pillow was my best friend.
You also will need a full body pillow for sleeping. A really good foot soaker/massager. Nipple pads for breastmilk leakage. Nursing bras, breast pumps, etc. You will need hemorrhoid cream, and a round inflatable donut seat for sitting. If you have a bidet in your home, it will help with healing too.
You look beautiful!!! Like the thumbnail was so adorable!! Love those green leggings, navy and black hammer style pants. You’re such a vibe Kim!! So glad you’re still here when many original girlies have moved on or drastically switched up. Your growth has been natural and inspiring to follow without being intimidating or cringe. As we always say I love how private you are. Now I’m getting curious about your zodiac lol bc you’re so relatable and authentic ❤ I gained 45-50lbs from around 125 to 170 my 👶🏾 was right under 10lbs. C-section, breast feed, didn’t exercise much, lost about 25-30 in the first couple months.
You look phenomenal! When I was pregnant with my twins people said the funnest things. I feel like we’re a show when going out with them getting stop all the time 😊Must haves for us was definitely diapers and wipes we go through them fast!! Congrats!!! Welcome to the twin club!
Twin mom with three year old toddlers. Our must have was a MamaRoo and find stroller front and back not side by side. I have a Joovy that I love and got on Offer Up for $200 . It's normally around $800+ with all the attachments. I also loved the baby loungers. I had two of them. I hope you continue to have a healthy pregnancy .
Congrats on your twin pregnancy! Fellow twin mom of almost 15 month olds and the things I absolutely loved having in the newborn stage were: twin z pillow, hatch sound machine, a swing and/or floor chair to rotate when you need a moment - best of luck in the home stretch!
My must have with my twins was swaddle blankets, a double pack and play, and when they got about 6 months jump a roo saved my life. It gave them independence and allowed me to do house chores while they entertained themselves.
Hi Kim, that Avocado 🥑 toast looks delicious! You are looking beautiful carrying those twins girl. Don’t worry about the weight since the majority of it will be dropped after delivery. Loving your braids! ❤❤❤
The absolute must for my twins is Shea Moisture Baby Wash and shampoo 2-in-1... It lasts soon long with the 2 of them... And I don't have to be searching for another product that is safe and hydrating enough for their hair... ... It's perfect
Kim, you are too cute when you were dancing towards the end, lol. You look absolutely beautiful, as always, Mama. I just welcomed a baby girl a few months ago. Pregnancy is such an interesting and amazing journey. ❤
HEYYY dear Sister ❤ Good to see you here as well! Love, love, love her channel. I wish I could dance during the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. My back wasn't having it lol! She looks AMAZING! 😍 Congrats on the birth of a healthy baby girl 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Praise the TMH!
You look so beautiful and congratulations on the pregnancy.❤❤❤ This may seem extra but an absolute must for us is a mini fridge and bottle warmer in our bedroom. If you are planning on pumping or using formula you can pre make the bottles before bed and when the baby wakes up just pop the bottle in the warmer and grab them out of the bassinet. Back to sleep in 10 minutes lol. Especially helpful if your bedroom is upstairs!!!
YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, MY SIS, LOVE WATCHING YOUR CONTENT SO INSPIRING ALL THE TIME, ON ALL TOPICS, ESPECIALLY SELF LOVE, CINTUNIES BLESSING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, CONGRAULATIONS ONCE AGAIN!!!!
i gained over 100lbs yes 100lbs due to preeclampsia so it was a lot of fluids but after i had them like a week after i lost mostly all of it.. take care mama and it’s so good your staying active definitely going to help labor go smoother
That exercise ball is wonderful for fitness and it will soothe a crying baby. I would recommend it for all moms. No baby will continue to cry when you gently bounce while cradling your baby.
You need a belly band..to wrap your belly postpartum.* (if you deliver both babies naturally) Cream for your stretch marks. Aloe vera for your post partum hair loss.
I gained a total of 40 pounds during my pregnancy (not with twins). For context, I was a very young woman and it was the early 1980s. My (older, white) OB-GYN constantly badgered me about my weight gain. Mind you, I am 5’ 6” and was 134 lbs. when I got pregnant. I was completely healthy. No diabetes, no high blood pressure, no shortness of breath or any complications or health issues of any kind. I had never been pregnant before. I was single and already dealing with a lot. I’d cut out all junk food, sweets, and soda. I was taking my vitamins and eating as healthfully as I knew how. My physician was only adding stress to my life. I was already feeling completely unsupported and unpleasant doctor’s visits were making things worse. I was trying to be as positive and in the best mindset possible so I changed doctors. Thankfully, my new doctor was great and he also ended up delivering my child who was born a healthy 8 1/2 pounds. I breastfed and was back down to my original weight within three months after giving birth. You look like you’re a healthy weight to me. Keep up the good work and blessings to you and your growing family! 🥰🥰🥰
You are positively glowing and carrying so well. Congratulations and continued prayers for the home stretch. (And p.s. the fits are fittin'! Why did I not have my cute-cute during my pregnancies?! Oh well!! Hahaha!)
U R such a Trooper Kim. U will Not have Any Problems because u r Healthy and Fit. Such an Incredible Mom. U r Beautiful as Always and Continue taking Care of Urself. Love those Outfits u Chose, so Beautiful on u. That Food look so Good, and I luv Black Beans and Especially the Potato Fries. Keep up the Great Work, and those Pillows r Gorgeous, and they look like Burlap, just Beautiful. Ur Babies r going to so Beautiful and Healthy. Keep it Pushing, u Rock!
People are always excited when you tell them twins, I remember that reaction oh so well! Yesss, same here, I can tell my babies personalities when they were in the womb as well, and they are the same at 18. Sometimes they do switch things up, for instance one is more outgoing, and one cuddles more, both are really sweet and loving. Definitely a double blessing! I have learned when they were younger to make decisions for them on some things, because they usually have different choices or answers. They are 18 now, and they have been in disagreements with me. Especially since they are a part of this new generation, but their is nothing new under the sun. They are at the same college with different majors, and they now have their own room. It’s a wonderful, interesting experience.
❤❤❤❤You look so beautiful … I hope you are giving yourself grace … you’re carry two wonderful blessings and that so wonderful. So happy for you both. Have a wonderful week ❤
Congratulations again, you look stunning. I'm married to a twin who does not look like his brother, there haven't been any twin children born in the family for years.
I believe gained more with my single birth, then when I was pregnant with our twins. Which is CRAZZY! I think since it was my first baby, I ate too much, I learned that I was really eating for 1! Definitely a learning experience! Just keep eating healthy, you got it!
Hey. I know you feel a type of way about the weight. Your right its not like the two times before because you have twice the babies! It may seem odd that people are all up on you with this pregnancy - - they just want to be apart of it in a small way. Enjoy the attention. BUT if you feel like folks are in your space? Dark glasses + face mask and tell them to fall back.
Kim, you are looking even more gorgeous these days😍I wish you were on RU-vid when I was carrying my twins😫Gyrl I looked lyke a straight ragamuffin most of the tyme😂
👋🏾 so I don’t have twins, just a bunch of kids lol. I found that the Baby Brezza was the best thing to have with an infant…whether breastfeeding or not! I work in the medical field, so anything to make my life easier. It’s literally a keurig for bottles. A must buy
Loved the leggings. They were Poppin!' Including the grey top then the denim jacket was also Litt! 🔥🔥🔥It's good to see that you're having a great pregnancy and are able to enjoy yourself and are healthy 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
I usually complain about how sick I am throughout my pregnancies but I'm fortunate to lose the weight as I get pregnant and gain it back in belly, so when I give birth I weigh less than when I started out❤ my twins turn 3 months today, 200lbs b4 pregnancy, lost 30lbs when I got pregnant, went back up to 194lbs after belly and 164lbs after giving birth
Aww so happy for you! And you look great. 🥰I have a twin brother and he has twin daughters. His mother in law is a twin so I think thats why he had them. Me and my twin are 6min apart and so are his twins. Best of luck to you for a healthy rest of your pregnancy.
You look absolutely beautiful Kim!!! I wouldn't be concerned about the weight right now, shoot, I wouldn't be concerned for the next five years 😅 Wishing you a safe and quick delivery with 2 healthy, happy babies!!!
Kim, no joke. You look amazing to be pregnant with twins. I'm so excited for you and your family. Rooting for a Jan 25th birthday. 😁 Have you given any more thought on another vehicle to accommodate your big family? I'm not a fan of American vehicles. I'm more of a BMW or Volvo fan. I'd love to get one of them as an electric vehicle. I think both has 3rd row seating. Something that won't feel like you're driving a bus. lol!
I gained around 40 or more pounds while pregnant with my twin boys, but I lost all of it within a few weeks because I was breastfeeding. The things that I found out that I had to have two of were the Boppy nursing pillows, swings and high chairs. Everything else they were able to wait and take turns
