@izoristvhal I had the same problem. if you're on Internet explorer 9 then just click the compatibility view icon at the top of the browser looks like a broken page.

@izoristvhal go here en(dot)gundam(dot)info and on the right side theres a sidescrolling thing wait for promotional campaign click it and scroll to the bottom put your number on your card there then it'll bring you to a window info window fill it and you should be done
