Ingredients:
3 - 4 chicken thighs
Salt
Black pepper
olive oil
butter
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 tbsp flour
150 ml (0.63 cups) vegetable broth 👉 • Selbstgemachte Gemüseb...
400 ml (1.69 cups) tomato passata
150 ml (0.63 cups) sour cream (30% fat)
noodle
Bake: 200°C ( 392°F) 35 minutes on top/bottom heat

Это блюдо - Паприкаш. Действительно очень вкусно! Я готовлю из филе бедра курицы и еще с луком обжариваю сладкий красный перец. Добавляю филе в соус по вашему рецепту и тушу 40 минут.

It is similar to the Hungarian chicken goulash. It is a very delicious meal especially with the sour cream. I usually make my own pasta for it, it is like the Italian nocchi, we call it nokedli. ❤❤

Wenn Du vorher das Rückenstück auslöst bzw. wegschneidest ist es angenehmer zum Essen. Ansonsten ein tolles Rezept. Werde es nachkochen.😊

I recommend using hot, soapy water to thoroughly clean the board. You can also sanitize it by using a solution of one tablespoon of chlorine bleach mixed with a gallon of water. Be sure to scrub the board well, focusing on any grooves or crevices where bacteria might hide. And don't forget to wash your hands and any utensils that came into contact with the raw chicken. I thought this was Chicken Paprikas until you added the tomato. My mother used to make the same for me and it was my favourite dish. The main difference was that she would leave the chicken in for the whole process and what she told me was absolutely critical, to use really high quality (humanitarian of course) fresh (using that sad lonely pot that's been on your shelf for the last three years won't do) paprika and the key, to take the pan off the heat for a couple of minutes to let the heat reduce before adding the paprika because if the oil is too hot, the paprika will burn and taste bitter. Still, it's nice to see your version here, I'd certainly give it a try. Still, I do suggest trying it without so much tomato (a spoon of concentrate at most was what my mum would use) and let the paprika speak for itself. I grew up in England and all of my friends fell in love with this dish after trying it and it is now on their own regular weekly menu. So tasty and so easy it's almost cheating.
