Keep egg whites refrigerated

65ml Cooking oil
About 4 minutes on medium heat (Until the water boils )
60 ℃ Cooking oil
120g(1 cup) Cake flour
75ml Milk
3g (1/2 Tsp)Salt
5ml(1Tsp )Vanilla extract
Bubble at low speed (1-2 steps)
80g Sugar
Divide the sugar into two or three times
Make meringue with curved ends.
Hard meringues can crack after baking.
Mold size 16.5cm×16.5cm
Hot water
Bake at 150℃ for 50minutes
100ml Whipped cream
