400g(3cup) All purpose flour
4g(1/2 TBSP) Salt

Place in warm place and wait until doubled (approximately 1 hour)
Divide into 10 equal parts
15 minutes

Fry for 2-3 minutes, then turn over and fry again for 2-3 minutes
