So I've started running using the Jeff Galloway method of run/walk.

Recipe for Power Balls (pinched from Blakes Bakes GMBN)
128g of a mix of dried Figs, Dates and Apricots
85g Oats
50g Dark Chocolate
Dessert spoon of Chia Seeds
Dessert Spoon toasted Sesame Seeds
170g Crunchy Almond Butter
Blitz it all up in a food processor and then ball up. Generally makes about 12 balls. I then keep them in the fridge but they last quite a while unrefridgerated.
