Loved the last one. Older Japanese homes from the 80 and 90s have so much more character than the newer box style Japanese homes of today.

how concerned should someone be about living so close to water? floods, tsunamis and landslides can take out a house very quickly.

The first house is my favorite. Absolutely stunning. But I would need a parking space. If all goes well, I intend to move to Japan within the next year. Great video, what about used cheap houses, that is budget friendly, one that doesn't cost too much, and needs a little renovating to do, just asking, because after I've lived in an apartment for a few years I want to own my own house, thanks for reading 🎉🎉❤❤

I'm very interested in getting one of those houses in Yokosuka or atsugi or in common I am very very interested in investing to begin to invest in real estate in Japan but what I need is a small doesn't need parking it doesn't need very much anything at least the one one bedroom one room little house is very inexpensive and doesn't take very much to renovate or whatever if any renovation for a home base so when I travel back and forth to Japan I have some place to stay that will not cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars😊

Just crunch the numbers and you’ll see it’s all too good to be true. They’re empty for a reason. People often over romanticise them because they’re in Japan

Every house ive seen so far I'd gladly rent or buy. The prices are very reasonable and living in the US under the Biden administration is becoming a real test of my finances
