4 years? No it was probably being filmed around 2017. The release date of the episode/season doesn’t mean it happened the exact day. It takes months to film episodes.

Terri Silver's house has been featured in others movies and tv shows. It was first used in a 1933 movie called 'Female'. but is mostly well known for the original 1959 movie 'House on Haunted Hill' starring Vincent Price. they used the outside as a facade and if you wanna see what lies beyond that closed gate, you can see it in that movie. there's a great view from there. it's also well known from the movie 'Blade Runner'. It's exterior was also used alot in the tv show 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' as the mansion Angel, Spike and Drusilla lived in. the movie Rush Hour with Jackie Chan used a inside area of the mansion to substitute for a Hong Kong Skyscraper. It's also shown up in Westworld.

Best video of them all! And finishing it off at Golf n Stuff was the best. The Miguel-Sam date there is what made me fall in love with the CK series so that place is special to me. I recently moved to LA, and when i check the maps on my phone and see all the names lik Reseda, North Hollywood, Winnetka etc i always think about Cobra Kai. Awesome Video!

Oh my god, I never realized the Karate Kid school was Hughes! Now that I know, it's so obvious. Over a decade later, that school was used for some of the exterior scenes in the TV show Freaks and Geeks! I have been there many times. Great video (and informative).

That’s crazy that that candle shop is where the cobra Kai dojo use to be at. The Noho Arts District is the meca of the dance world. So many dance studios in that area and I’m always in that area and I never thought that that place was the place of the original dojo. Ironically it was a yoga/aerobic studios a few years ago. Only recently it has become a candle shop.

19:41 In another video on filming locations from the original movie the restaurant that Daniel and his mother are dining at was not directly across from the Cobra Kai dojo, as they were two separate locations, but it was through movie magic that made it appear that they were.

36:11 No way, Golf n' Stuff is not only real but it's still open now? It's insane... I am so envious of 80s kids that grew up there. In Miami we had a bunch of really awesome places like Golf 'n Stuff in the 80s but they all closed down :(

Hey you are from the same place as Daniel originally was, that's a nice coincidence for you, because I know you love Daniel. What a beautiful view in the beginning wow. I bet Mike is actually Mike Barnes, and the reason Johnny didn't recognize the name, probably because Mike might have changed his last name. How I would want to live in Terry's mansion. This house is so badass, too bad Terry didn't explain what was it's fate, probably sold it but I wanted him to say it in the show. Not sure if anyone knew this or not but in reality, at the time of filming Karate Kid and Karate Kid part III, the Cobra Kai dojo was actually a Taekwondo school run by Master Jun Chong. Master Chong trained many tournament fighters back in the day.

My sensei was Mr Gibson. I trained there for over a year and competed. Ameer was a second degree red belt when we trained together. Never saw him break that red brick to achieve his black belt.
