CND helped me get real hyped for Mario Odyssey. I have the game, and I love coming back to explore and have fun running around. The day the game was released, I was at the GameStop at the mall near my house, and I was the first customer (and the only one for the opening hour, shockingly enough). I picked it up, as well as the Peach amiibo, special instructions book, and I already was wearing my Cappy hat. What an awesome morning I had. I even had my switch, so I was able to play immediately.

It's been a year since SMO released. How does time fly by so quickly? It feels like yesterday when I would come home from school knowing that I would get to see what you and the NYC crew were up to while you waited for Mario Odyssey. And for those few glorious minutes, I could be with the people who understood me and why I love Nintendo. Now look at you, Alex, you have over 100k more subs, bought an RV (RIP), and have moved to New York, all in a year! I come back to these from time to time just to relive my favorite period of life. If it weren't for these videos I probably never woulda bought my switch and missed some of my favorite gaming memories in awhile because of it. I used to hope and pray that one day we could get videos like this back on this channel videos with Gabe and Ervin and Maddie and Jordan and even the game chasers but I've stopped my hoping in the seeing of where Alex is taking this channel. I look forward to these streams but these vlogs will always hold a special place in my heart, theyll always bring me back to before I had my switch and the binging I would do in hopes of getting one. Ive been subscribed since 2014 and nothing about that will change but man oh man do I miss the days of anticipating the next vlog post. Thank you Alex for some of the best youtube memories Ive ever had these vlogs and the road trip ones will always be my favorites and my go tos for when life is tough for me.
