Seeing your dad bring you a coffee was so wholesome. I did the same thing for cancer once. I did it on a gravel track which I would think is easier. I ran/walked 84 miles in a 24 hour period. Nice video man, you'll make it. Keep it up. Come to PA and do a camping/survival video.

Dude I just gained a whole new respect for you. I'm not a good runner but I run often and today I did a challenge where I jogged 5 miles in an hour. IT SUCKED. I got blisters and was in pain. Can't imagine going 36 miles at once over the course of 24 hours. Mad respect.

Old vid, but for future reference, the reason turning up the speed helped was because you must natural stride more closely with that speed than the one before. Form is incredibly important for long distance walking or running, and a massive part of that is proper stride length and footfalls. You want it to be as natural as possible, not like your jogging, not like you're wading through a river, just your steady walking pace.
