I've learned how to do ebike deliveries, but it took me a few months to master method. I've been riding deliveries since 2018. You need a bigger backpack especially made for deliveries and a soda pop holder. Yes you can transport drinks without causing spills, but it requires some ingenuity on the cyclist in making the perfect holders! I suggest polyurethane holders over anything!
