Centrifuge training for qualifying to Gripen at Sweden. The pilot is Maj. László 'Szatyi Szatmári (Hungarian Air Force Dezső Szentgyörgyi Air Base, 1st Puma sqn.). I publish this video with his permission.
Szatmári 'Szatyi' László őrnagy (Magyar Légierő Szentgyörgyi Dezső Repülőbázis, 1. Puma repülőszázad) centrifuga tréningjéről készült felvétel. Az előírások szerint Gripenre csak olyan pilóta kerülhet, aki képes 9g túlterhelés elviselésére 15 másodpercig. Itt egy kicsit több sikerült... :)
A felvételt Szatyi engedélyével közlöm.

Most people pass out at 5G and this guy is talking, breathing somewhat normally, and even asking for more at 9G. Honestly if the instructor allowed me to put him in a centrifuge that could make 12G then I’d put him in there and I honestly think he wouldn’t even pass out THEN. What a champ.

@@OriginalThisAndThat I know this a joke. However I don't know if you this but a human can't take more than -2 / -3 g's before they pass out. Negative g's makes blood rush to the head and can even kill you at "low" g's as the blood vessels in your head can burst. The leg blood vessels are alot stronger as they need to fight gravity evey single day. Have good day mate :)

@@fetB people can and have endured more than 9G for short periods of time. Sustained 9G capable fighters can withstand more than 9Gs. All of them as you need to have a safety factor greater than what the aircraft is built for.

Huron Toikiy The force of gravity - We are at 1G everyday on Earth when you accelerate/deccelerate/rotate quickly you experience gravity at a Higher rate - So 6G's is feeling 6 times the force of gravity meaning if you weighed 200lbs you would feel the weight of 1200lbs. Hope I explained it well enough? :)

Maybe the reason he wasn’t sure about seeing a particular light was he has his eyes squinted almost shut. Keep the head back the entire time against the headrest and may not feel the pain in neck needing to stretched it so much. Id love to see a functional MRI of this guy!
