Literally just found out this genre existed a few weeks ago when I combined hardpsy and some glitchy effects and I was told it was hitech fullon. Amazing genre!
It's mainly a japanese genre that was coined by a guy named lapix, it's closer in sound to something like complextro but it's lineage is directly from Hi-tech psytrance and fullon. The name is a little (a lot) confusing though.
