This gives me nostalgia of when I was in marching band, having a good time with my friends and...well...then all of this happened. Coronavirus separated everyone. I just started marching band, last year was my first year, and...back then...I thought I'd look forward to a break from it, and never thought I'd miss it so badly. How all of this changes one's perspective... I'm so grateful I got to experience it just a little now, even if I was nervous and messed up, being young. I feel so much worse for those who aren't even going to get to experience that for their first year. They won't get the same impression. How unfortunate...

I kept putting off listening to this before cuz I didn't think a very poppy song would sound good with a brass band arrangement. Boy, was I WRONG!! It's SOOO GOOOD!! I would pay to buy the recording of the whole song.

My high school did this song my senior year. I was in Colorguard. Kids from the other band would sing along during our show while we performed. I remember hearing them sing "I WANT IT THAT WAY" at the top of their lungs and it's always made me laugh.
