Your story reminds me about my hardships growing up... Had no home and lived on the streets of Joburg with our mother, went to 11 schools from primary till high school where our mother would pay different families for us to stay with us while she would go work at different places and came back month end.. Fast forward went to study radiography at wits tech... Today I am married, stable, and am a successful businessman and a Pastor employing 7 people from 11 due to Covid19

Ausi Boipelo, fear is of the enemy to steal a blessing from you. The enemy will convince you so much with his tricks just to steal that form you. I feel my brother Thabo's pain as I've had friends who were once beggars in the streets before. You seem to be a selfless person, I admire that a lot because you don't want to see someone you brought into this world suffer, my question to you, what if that beautiful person (like you) was going to live in abundance? Are you that sure that by the time you bring that baby into the world they will suffer? Aren't you denying someone an opportunity to come through you and indulge in this thing called life? Only a woman can carry babies into this world. That baby that you're afraid to bring into this world might the very person that will bring unity into broken families, might the one to employ other people, might be a lawyer to someone falsely accused, please don't keep that blessing away. One way or another, you will experience sporadic challenges, however, when life gets hard, we don't site down and cry, we change the narrative, we have the ability to do that. Fortune favors the brave. Who said that you will die before you see your kids being self sufficient. When you pray, remind God of His promises of long life and He will keep them for you and your babies. If you have a love of babies, fear should not be a reason enough to not have one yourself, get you that hunk husband and make those babies, they will surely be provided for, fear is the greatest trick the enemy used on our ancestors and is still winning using it in us. Blessings my lovely ausi Boipelo.

If there were to be a series where domestic workers were to tell their of abuse under their employers we’d be shocked at how many people are underpaid, overworked and abused. There’s a conversation to be had about such stories…do domestic workers even have unions? If they do then they’re not doing enough because these stories still happen to date!
@NN-id8bk
@NN-id8bk 2 года назад
Nod. That’s why I don’t want to employ a domestic worker cause legally I cannot afford one. I don’t believe in cheating someone financially. I believe domestic worker deserve the same employee rights and privileges like people who work for big corporates. They deserve basic employee benefits like UIF, pension, provident fund, a written and fair contract etc etc

What a painful story, I glad he was able to share his story as it will change the way we treat domestic worker even their children. The employer was wrong to kick kids out of home. If she had a heart she would have keep them until they can be independent. It's wouldn't kill her to let them stay until they independent take them to school. I pray to be a better person to other people. My heart breaks for him no child should live the life of uncertainty. I'm so sorry you have to go through so much trauma.

Sending Thabo lots of love. Everything happens for a reason and all I see is a strong and resilient man, not your past. God has kept you this far for many reasons. One of those reasons was to tell your story of conquering the odds that were against you. This story is going to inspire people that are currently in difficult situations and it's going to prove to them that the terrible place you're currently in, is not the final destination for your life.

Had it not been for apartheid she could have been great in any career she delved in. ps I don’t condone the show situation, but her tactic was smart in providing for her kids. I will never understand why the hospital does that. 2002 they kept saying my sister has been discharged, then when my mom goes to the hospital to fetch her they said they are waiting for new crutches (she was crippled,so she was using crutches and special shoes). Second time they said they are waiting for new shoes. Next thing we know she passed away. It still feels like yesterday.

If they tell you straight that your loved one has passed on ,it will bring shock to you or even unexpected death. So they take long to tell us and in the process of that ,your mind is being prepared to receive the bad news. Actually that is the right way to inform people about the sad news. Some people can lose control ,fight nurses and even break things once they are told immediately that their loved ones are no more.Some people can even run mad. So to avoid those reactions, they take long to give us the sad news.
