i love this! when you took it off i was like- 'oh thats boring, i forgot what she looked like' but if you walked out in public i bet some people would laugh and be mean (which is a real shame) im so glad things like this are around to make people have more confidence and feel better!

THAT ARM IS SO FLIPPIN COOL OH MY GOD I also just looked up Viktoria Modesta's leg and oh my gosh its just the coolest!! this is so amazing that they've specifically made it stand out and look so incredible, I really hope this is a thing that catches on cause it's just such a positive AWESOME take on amputees! ALSO I CANT GET OVER YOUR ARM LIKE NOT ONLY DO YOU LOOK FABULOUS YOU COULD SIMULTANEOUSLY TAKE SOMEONES EYE OUT WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT

I saw the alternative lims video about half an hour before watching this one and it made me want a prosthetic leg like that. I also saw the photo of grace with the arm on and that made me want an arm like that, I love that this is a thing that people that it isn't thought of as being weird as much now and that we have these things that make people want a prosthetic lim. I live your videos like this!!!

AHHHH I'm so excited about Born Risky! I'm a recent amputee and it gives me so much inspiration to see someone doing something similar to what I want to create with a prosthetic limb. I wish they had an Alternative Limb Project in USA, but I have creative friends with 3D printers so maybe someday I'll get to share the badass ideas I have in my head with the world. Until then, I'm getting comfy in my own skin since a prosthetic won't be useful to me anyway and you, Grace, are inspiring that. Cheers to 2 of my favorite Brits online!

I am an LAK since 2002 and recently saw the Prototype video, LOVE your arm and while I no longer wear my prosthetic limb I am very tempted to modify it to look cooler like your arm, I just subscribed to your channel, Happy Holidays, ROCK ON!! :)

I like what they do but I do think it would suck if people would only feel comfortable with these cool prosthetic limbs like yours! I really like your attitude of his you never wanted to wear the prosthetic when you were younger and are comfortable the way you're made and I thank you for showing people it's okay to be happy in your own skin no matter if it's not the same as everyone else! :) x

Grace - your prosthetic is utterly amazing, I'm pretty jealous- who cares about being stared at when the 'hand' they are staring at is so freaking awesome? Is it functional? When I say functional, I mean actually useful- too many prosthetics are just heavy weight, much like the cosmetic one that is just a hindrance and practically pointless.

i would get a really cool cyborg thing with the highest standart of technologie. like these things which are some kind of connected with your nervs, so you can move every thinger of your prosthetic, while you hear the litle motors inside of it workig. "bwww, bww, bwwwww" i'd love that. an dof course I'd add a laser.... and get a serious dephts problem

The best reason I can think of to wear that prosthetic arm what mimics human anatomy is to recreate this scene in Star Trek: TNG's "The Measure of a Man": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-H7E5cT4foA8.html (even though it was the other arm). I think if I ever had a severe trauma to an arm or a leg and had the choice between amputation and multiple surgeries with years of PT, I'd have it cut off. Prosthetics are getting amazing. I had the exact same reaction that Amelia did when she saw that spike. "I WANT ONE!"

tbh, if i was in your position and i had-had my arm amputated with the ligaments still present, id actually attempt to get a bionic arm that would prove to be useful as a pose to something which looks good and is potentially deadly to others...what do i mean by that? well as an example at 3:52 in this video, you nearly took your dang sisters eye out...prosthetics have come a long way in the last few years and technology and science have now developed to a point where people can see with bionic eyes and hear with bionic ears, if thats the case for those types of ailments then imagine what can be developed for you to use and live with
