Putin didn’t invade Ukraine in 2022 because he feared NATO. He invaded because he believed that NATO was weak, that his efforts to regain control of Ukraine by other means had failed, and that installing a pro-Russian government in Kyiv would be safe and easy. The primary goal of the Kremlin’s anti-NATO rhetoric has been to justify Putin’s foreign policies that had little to do with NATO.

@@Bertrum123 That is not true, what they have said is, that in order to reduce the NHS waiting lists they would ask those that can afford private medical care should take that option. Treatment will always be free at the front line for those that can not afford to pay. Get your facts right. The only problem with that approach is that most private care providers will not accept patients with existing chronic conditions, like me. I have tried to apply for private care and been refused, so whether I can afford it or not, it is not available to me.

Yeah, Russia signed an agreement stating they would never attack Ukraine, if Ukraine gave up all it's nuclear weapons. Russia broke this agreement in 2014. For some reason, people like yourself never mention this but happily like to mention every 5 minutes that someone once suggested that Nato would not expand to the east, but no agreement ever officially signed. Maybe Russia should look at its own behaviour from the past as to why all these former soviet states were all too keen to join Nato.

Nigel's remarks about Putin and the War in Ukraine were taken out of Context and Twisted by the Media. I agree that what he said was true and I will still be Voting REFORM! Even Boris Johnson admitted that the EU caused the war and said so when it first started. Well if you feel that way because of what Farage has said, then you need to check your thinking, as the saying goes, if you feel that way because he spoke the truth then you must be very happy with the Tories or Labour.
