The gargantuan leviathan mod is called “return of the ancients”. It has loads of new story elements and a new fabricator where you can make architecht technology. The devs of the mod literally worked in collaboration with Unknown Worlds to make it.

Idk if Jack knows yet, but the creators of the mod got permission FROM Unknown Worlds to add new story, and from what I've seen, it's gonna be MASSIVE. There are also several new features, like building your own alien bases, playing with a baby garg, and even an entirely new (THIS ISN'T CONFIRMED, JUST WHAT I'VE HEARD) biome for where the Gargantuan Leviathan is. The mod is absolutely massive, and definitely deserves a playthrough.

Seán the mod that adds the Gargantuan Leviathan is literally a fanmade expansion, it adds a lot of other creatures and a lot more story, it's called Return Of The Ancients I believe. It's so big that the mod devs actually worked with the main Subnautica devs in developing it.

The subnautica mod adds not only the sunbean encounter, it adds the "mega" levithan to the void, a fabricator for precusor stuff and a base buiding tool for aliën bases and much more!
From what I've seen, the Subnautica Mod that adds the gargantuan also adds a bunch of other creatures. Not sure if its released to the public yet or not, but I couldn't find it. The main channel for it is "The Fruit Nation", not much there right now, but that's apparently the place to go to get updates for it. Although another channel to get updates from is "UltravioletMango" which has more videos on it. The mod is called A Gargantuan Return. Possibly an extension of the mod "De-extinction" which might be where the other creatures come from.

With headsets that nice you really need a high quality pre-amp for it that usually come in at 7 - 10k on it's own. You really need the pre-amp to get the full capabilities of it otherwise it's you are not using them to their potential and they wont sound to much better than $200 - $300 headset.

Their making it so you can build Precursor architecture, their adding new story elements, they have a new void biome, they have a baby gargantuan leviathan you can have as a pet, and it was actually approved by the developers of Subnautica so I might actually become a DLC or just available in a workshop. It’s called the Rise of The Ancients mod and is being developed right now. A RU-vidr named Anthomnia is helping sponsor the mod and he gets special information about the development through the developers

The gargantuan leviathan mod does add a whole new story line, a shit ton of other creatures, and a whole new area in the void. It would be really cool if you would play it in a video or as a series
Jack the return of the ancients mod adds a LOT to the game, not just the gargantuan leviathan. I do recommend waiting for it to be further along or done though because it isn't even close to being finished
Pretty much there's there's the Architects Leviathan mods, that add large scale leviathans, Ancient alien technology, and supplementary storyline...and De-Extinction mods, that add cut content/concept art creatures (with some area tweaks) to Subnautica & Below Zero

Return of the ancients adds way more than just the gargantuan leviathan. It adds a ton of other creatures from scrapped concept arts and its also adds a bunch more story and craftable architect structures/weapons/items
They’re working on making a different story in which some members of the sunbeam crew may have survived as you hear audio of them sinking down but they talk about ejecting they escape pods with them in them. and there are several other things already included in the mod
DRAUGEN is a great indie psychological thriller game! Set in the 1820s you play as Edward, traveling with your adventurous ward, Alice to a norwegian town called Graavick in search of your missing sister. It's a 3 hour game. It would be great to watch you play it!
Can't remember for sure about the big tentacle creature added to Subnautica through update, but I know people have made mods to add bigger, better ones to the game. I've got a few mods going on the game myself, one of which adds new regular size creatures, that were not added by game updates, just mods. That one you showed a clip of, I think was one of the mod add-ins.
