I have owned and work on many hybrid cars including Prii. The hybrid battery gauge is only a small window of the actual battery state of charge. For instance when it shows only one purple bar (rare!) that’s actually 40-42 actual state of charge (SOC). When you hit full all green bars going down a long hill it hits 78-80 actual SOC, the system will never let the battery get above or below 40-80 actual SOC. That’s how they battery last so long. So your gauge is just a small portion of the actual SOC. You can leave it on all night, it will bounce from 2-3 bars when the engine kicks in to charge it up.

Going by the lights I see on your dash board, you need to get your ABS/regenaration breaks check. The car will disable fully using it charging capability with those light on. (someone who owns a prius and also had that problem with the battery when my cable was damaged for the breaks.)

Idk if you still sleep in the Prius, but I’d recommend sleeping the other way around for two reason (I’ve spent the last 5 years traveling the country living out of various kinds of vehicles, one of them being a Prius) There is a slight downward incline in the back where laying like that will make the blood rush to your head. Might not be drastic enough to hurt you but it’s not good to do often. But more importantly, if someone just lightly hit your rear, it can seriously mess your head up. Just them backing into you while pulling out can cause enough impact to lead to injury. Personally, I’d always lay like that when camping so I could look at the stars through the awesome hatchback window. But before going to bed I’d turn back around
