Wow, what an amazing testimony. I am so glad her partner also came to Christ. I too was married to the same sex, he was the love of my life and all I ever wanted since I was a teen.. But this year I was diagnosed with acute leukemia. It made me rethink everything, and how I wanted to be right with God. I gave my life to Christ. It led to me making the most difficult decision ever of leaving my partner and moving out of his country. But I can say that following the Lord has been the best thing ever, to be part of His kingdom, and to be His child. He was there with me in the pain! My former partner hasn't converted, but I am always praying for him. Anyway, I love this ministry!

It's so sad to watch people that are struggling/feel lost and are in a vulnerable place fall for religious indoctrination. I hope some day she finds peace in herself and can find genuine happiness and acceptance in who she is (regardless of sexual/romantic identity) instead of putting her struggles into an entity based in a dogma that promotes shame and controls its followers by fear of eternal damnation.

The problem you may need to consider is that LG and B people are same sex attracted. So even from the first principles of humanism and freedom of life and belief, the trans life is not related to their needs, and many of these think is is not appropriate to link them together. Example: Stonewall still say that a same sex attracted person should not feel uncomfortable with the idea of a relationship with a trans person expressing the same gender, even though that trans person is actually the opposite sex. See the problem? You can see where mixing up gender and sex gets us? Up a creek without a paddle - especially where people are too intolerant to talk about this. The LBGT supposed alliance is not helpful to a huge number of same sex attracted people. But when they express that politely, they are still labelled bigots by aggressive intolerant people who want to make the world into an image of their thinking.
