For me I have been in America for 23 years, I have opened avenues for my family and children, if I decide to retire today I have my SS which is enough to sustain me for the rest of my life. I could never in a million years attained this in Kenya,I love my country Kenya but I thank God every day for USA 🇺🇸
I have never been to America, but nikiona on social media issues za dirty American politics, racism, lgbtqs, and overall decline of the country on a global stage, it makes me think that USA after all may not be the land of milk and honey as some of you guys may like to make us believe
Those who have never been in gulf countries hamjui Chenye mnasema.. I'd rather work in the US.. Gulf unafanya 16hrs ndio upate 60k na us unamake 700+... Gulf nilikuwa nafanya job 12hrs two hours ya kwenda job plus one hour ya lunch na salary ni 37k..kuniambia us ni kubaya kwangu hiyo ni uongo.. Am ready to suffer am ready to die while trying.. Jamaa anasema yues ni mateso.. Huku unafanya job kwa summer no fan no ac.. Accommodation huwezi lala juu ya kunguni.. Ungekuwa gulf that is when you could have known us ni place poa.
The best thing to do while in the USA is to set aside funds that must go to savings no matter what , then do other things. Hata kue na shida gani , iyo savings haitoki.
American dream, all that glitters is not Gold !!! some years back i yarned to go there, i thought it was a land of milk and honey...but i realised and learnt alot from stories like this , of how people work and toil long hours, live lonely lives, sleep less hour, eat gmo food etc all about the truth about life in america ,I would not have endured..I decided to stay be with my kids, sleep the right hours, eat health food and live in a conducive climate!!! Live a social life..I am more happier..Thanks bishop ngash for speaking the trueth.
🤣🤣🤣 nyinyi semeni tu mulinyimwa visa American embassy in Kenya are idiots they don't issue visas just like that maswali utajibu nani 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was there with one dude who left the premises complaining ati kuleni hiyo visa yenyu kwani ni uhai i don't need it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lakini jamaa amenyimwa visa 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Some of us have lived here for nearly 3 decades and not even experienced the life you have described. Some wazungus also think that the whole of Africa people are poor living in poverty. Do you see the point??
Ameruca is great ukishidwa kukuja we ka kenya na hatutawai toshana. Ngash is a good example of pple who dont want to overstay here. Me too tunarudi home east or west.....
You can be deported even while married to a US citizen. Ngash application for residence was probably rejected because of his marriage situation. Going to school when you get to america is necessary but difficult because bills need to be paid. But it pays off after 6 years
That's the spirit my dear,Mimi mtu asiniambie america is hard and you are driving a V8 living in a mansiontte, am going to America next year God willing, this are the type of struggles I want 💪💪
We say america is not all that but whatever we are blessed in having back home is for the hard work we put when working abroad to invest in our countris
Honestly! That's the best guest you have interviewed in a long time. He has nailed it and communicated what we all try to share but lands of deaf ears. Diaspora is no joke😢. He has worked hard for his lifestyle and he has no apologies to make. Way to go.

My Takeaways: wisdom is key 1. Have a Work life balance, depending on your needs and goals. 2. Don't be a people pleaser when it comes to money. Fear of critism. 3. Have a budget even for Giving (iyo docket ikiisha, Angojee next salary) 4. Have budget for family's leisure life. 5.Communication is key. 6. Emotional and stress coping skills are vital. 7. Finally, God. Move in wisdom and live righteously(sex n drugs zitakumaliza na pesa zako)
👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍people want to kill themselves for fame back home . So and so ako na plot kumi maguta maguta na manyumba. My Neighbour ask which USA i live in coz people have really invested back home and me no but am happy I have invested in myself but if I go back home I have a house but not houses

You can make it abroad if you are on your own bila family, get a karoom and you can save alot as no bills to pay but if you have a family on minimum wage, not possible 😢 well done bishop
I lived in Atlanta for 30 years and was doing fine and then relocated back to Kenya my birthplace. Not everybody gets it bad there. The only advantage Kenya has over the US is the weather and access to organic food. Please take note that the cold season is only for a short time given that there is Fall, Spring and Summer too. Both the US and Kenya have their pros and cons. What I find disturbing is when Kenyans use the diaspora to elevate themselves and then bash the very place that did it for them.
It depends on your profession too. Not everyone is toiling for 16 hours. Most people in my town are professionals, including me. I work only 8 hours a day and I make a very comfortable living. The only time I struggled was when I was getting my masters degree since I had to work 3 jobs
I have lived here for 12 years, I am also making arrangements pole pole to return home. Once I have most of my projects completed in Kenya, I am returning home for sure Fresh air, healthy food and less stress or working like a donkey. Everything you said, I personally agree with it.
Truth be told; u cannot compare the US to Kenya. In the US u work hard but achieve yr dream. A pay of $20...30...and even 50 for nurses ain't something u get in Kenya. What he achieved in 7yrs is only achievable in 70yrs in Kenya. The fact remains that those doing double shifts don't want to return to Kenya...why if America is that bad...na hakuna mtu amefungwa hapa ..
Am glad to find a place I can work hard on double shifts and be able to build mansions back home instead of staying jobless in the "good" Jamuhuri where getting a job is a dream
Let us forget hi culture ya kusema usa hakuna pesa.usa Kuna pesa,I just give this ngash time hatarudi usa so long as he has no income he will marry many wives. I'm in a doubt about this man.Jeremy you didn't ask this ngash where and how he is getting income
@sarawaweru7664 how tough and many people are fighting to go. I'm in usa and I enjoy to be busy. American is good even people do not pay the school fees .

Sisi ex diaspora tukae wapi? I regret leaving Usa ..7 years later- the disconnect is real😢 . Its not just about the 💰💰but working systems . Try calling ambulance or the popo in kenya .. utajua hujui.
Yeees, bishop!! Nothing but the real bitter truth!! Nilikuwa narudi after Mjaka 7 pia, Lakini mungu akakataa, narudi wakati wake. And yes, you get broken in so many ways, and truth be told, …. Money is not everything!

America is good 👍 but moving back to Kenya you have to be financially stable or you have someone you trust as you invest in Kenya.. Congratulations Bishop Ngash

Does mr Nganga have papers or is he a USA citizen? If not, he was forced by circumstances to return home. There is a reason 98% of the people who move to USA never return home. I’ve lived in the USA since 88 and I can tell you it feels like home to many Kenyans circumstances forces people to return home. Mr Nganga need to speak for himself and not others. Mr Nganga also seem to have too much pride. Mr Nganga should just enjoy his like in Kenya and stop displaying inner anger of those like me who enjoy being Americans and in fact having dual citizenship
I believe with you. Usa is very nice place. Every body should be busy. Kenya people are looking for jobs .this man has hidden agenda I suspect he doesn't have money
Wtf cares about your dual nationality. Many of you just talk down on hustlers. Leave him alone . All you so called professionals are just noismakers. Most people who has stayed in the US for 30yrs or more are just managing . Life is more than basics. Only if you have 5 to $10m in your 401k even with that your retirement home (care home) will take 65% of it . Hustle is what matters. I know RN that makes 80-90k yearly and i know real hustler CNA that did $140k last year and almost year before . Even if they are toiling they are getting things done.
@@FactsUncompromizedwtf cares? Well lord of successful Kenyans do the fact care, they enjoy being citizens of the two countries. Sounds like I poked a nerve, poor memory I guess, wtf care’s usually are angry deportees, that were returned back to Kenya with nothing. Wtf cares many do cares, they enjoy their retirement pays after returning home in Kenya. Wtf cares we do care that’s why we bought plots in Runda and build our dream homes. Wtf cares many are living there American dreams in Kenya
Nailed as it is, no suger coating. Living double life is difficult i french we say " Gŭtaganīria". Thanks for enlighting those who earn ksh 100,00+ and owe their homes. .
Going forward..ME first, no apologies. Diaspora for 20yrs + with nothing to show. I have been helping everyone else, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties ...and they still criticise me that I'm not helping them enough😢. Nimechoka.
The truth about America is investing in self development and education. Then you can establish a Professional life that does not require you to work multiple jobs. Congratulations Bishop you did well considering you had children and other constraints that could no allow you to pursue education to enter the professional lines. This also known as the black tax helping everybody at home. Be blessed.
This is the same thing I said but was attacked by many. There are many paths to the American dream. I went to college and now I have a professional job that pays well and I don't work 16 hours a day. We can do as well as any American, we're not destined to hard labor
@@kicka55x2 you may be right. I don't see why anyone would go back to Kenya at a time that we're experiencing job growth in America and job losses in Kenya. Also, the fact that he's seeking employment in Kenya shows he left in a rush and didn't properly plan to be self sufficient in Kenya.
These bitterness is felt 😂, just because you go places doesn’t mean you commit adultery, if you’re weak when it comes to women’s, stay where your God wife destined you, wacheni confusing people how Kenyans in Kenya are living in paradise, us many we know you Now
@@danielwambugu-ez3wz I can’t speculate but polygamous in USA is illegal , many men are running away after they have messed themselves up, and leaving their children behind, but KARMA is real ‼️
