This guy is strong! People should always be aware that getting a Visa in Nairobi ain't a direct entry in to the USA, do your study well on how to present yourself to the custom. Make sure you don't have anything questionable or incriminating characters
@@elizawanarumoro6867 I can't tell what you will answer since I don't know the question you will asked but be informed of the most asked questions and requirements. Confidence is the key
@@morrinemumbi6517 getting Visa is just a step to the right direction of allowing you to fly your way to USA but be advised you can even be deported back in Amsterdam or any other airport where US has consulate on your way to US if you misrepresent or they suspect you
Documents & information in embassy means everything, invitation letter and tickets should read same day's, when u go for interview u should insist your going for two weeks, immigration police officer in america it's not a joke,
😀😀😀you made me laugh my brother. Why?You are very courageous and confident narrating the story. God will take you back in America don't be worried. Utapita kaktikati yao na hawatakuona mpaka ndani in Jesus name.
That was not God's time.Gods time is the best time. All things works together for good to those who are called in Gods purpose brother.jipe nguvu brother .encourage yourself in the Lord.He is about to open the best door 4u.
You could have said that "the invitation is for 2 weeks, but I will visit with my friends for a few weeks before returning home". There was nothing really wrong with having a 3 month ticket as long as you give a consistent story. Ati, you asked them questions ???😆😆🤣🤣🤣. Hapo my brother ulijikaanga na yako tu. You don't ask immigration officers questions. you answer and with a yes sir, yes ma'am no sir no ma'am. Short straight consistent answers.
Brother be encouraged and trust in God .He know you before your were born and your destiny was not in America .God will bless you in Kenya and America you will go for holidays in Jesus name
Oh Dommy, be strong I had a case like that 2012 I won a green card for America and I did everything I sold my plot to complete the process the injection together with my son costed me about 45k but the day of my embassy I got a young lady at the entrance and she send me away and called the security and so it was all in vain. But I still trust GOD. Am now in Baharain.
Its not racism, ur airticket and ur length of stay should have read the same. Take heart ur time is soon coming and may be next time u will not need that visa. God bless u.
I agree it's not racism..The contradiction was your return ticket vs invitation letter. This a mistake people do. However, they should have atleast let you stay for the conference then wakutafute .. Pole sana lakini! You are also allowed to make 1 phone call so hapo walikutenda!
@@wairari they should have let him stay for the conference. They did the worst to their fellow human such things God Almighty Will remind them when their time will come.
Wooow, irem this guy he once came in our school pale ucekeini high and he's really ablessing......and bought his cd back then....God will open big ways for yu(Domi k)
God is in the USA just as much as he is in Africa ....What a stupid and backward comment to make....If God is not in the USA why are so many Africans trying so hard to get here....Answer me that question.
So very sorry my brother. Homeland security walisuspect hautarudi Kenya after the two weeks. That why they canceled the visa. Next time tafadhali keep your story consistent. Ukisema ni two weeks nunua ticket ya two weeks especially coming the first time. Also remember issuance of visa doesn’t guarantee entrance to USA. You handled the process with grace. God will make another a way
Dommie im happy to see you are healed ...i thank God. How we made plans to come worship together.our flier i still keep as a reminder. GOD will make a greater testimony in Jesus name.mukuhi here🙏our waiting for you at logan was not in vain...
I laughed so hard when he said that on Sunday, he was sitting on the sofa in his house in Kayole, sipping warm water. I have replayed that part several times. The interview was hilarious.
I know this guy says it wasn't a big deal for the time frame of the ticket..but I differ with you. I know for sure, that was the reason for entry denial. You must understand that they don't want any foreigner being a public charge. The mistake both you and your host did was failure to have it documented that, the remainder of the time, you will be actively engaged in church activities and training.. that was a very big deal. Now you know and so is others!
Don't worry ,I have deportation three countries ,na Niko abroad usife moyo keep going ,prayer and fasting will help its called ,cutting the cord for many generation ,I gues wewe ndio wa kwanza labda kwa ukoo wenu.
it was A BIG DEAL PLEASE brother and had nothing to do with racism... and thats where we kenyans goes wrong and surely its not our fault we are just soo local.....siokupenda kwetu....two weeks means two weeks...small facts that matters alot..somebody did not advise you corectly.GOD IS A GOD OF SECOND CHANCE:YOU LL WIN AGAIN IF ITS THE DESIRE OF YOUR HEART AND GOD S WILL:
So sorry to hear your story but be encouraged!! God has your back and His plans are the best just that as humans we don't see them at the moment. The first time i was denied US visa I thought the world was over but it was not. I did not go to the US eventually but I am in a neighbouring country and guess what, i go in and out of the US as i wish. I don't need visa. Wait for what God has for you. He is very, very faithful!!!
Man of God we have served the Lord with you and your such a blessed vocalist God is working on something. Dominic don't forget this your blessed vessel.
My brother I would have asked asylum in Germany. I can relate to how my brother is feeling , facing the immigration officers is difficult , being deported is the worst thing ever, I was deported and I had drained my bank account, imagine the kind of stress I was going through on the aeroplane coming back home., my brother you will heal with time. God will bless you in another way.
I had the same experience in a country called Malaysia. That was November 2013. I flew out on Thursday evening and was back home in Nairobi on Saturday mid-day. I decided to demand accountability from everyone involved. I wrote letters to their Embassy, our Embassy there, the airline....and even demanded to have the state minister responsible for immigration give a detailed account and position about my ordeal, in Parliament. On the afternoon of November 29 2013, the Parliament of Malaysia stopped to discuss my deportation issue. My take - an individual officer's suspicion (based on questions of travel dates or tickets) should NEVER EVER be used to discriminate against a traveler or reverse the decision of the Consular Officers who had originally interviewed you & even issued a valid visa. The visa cancellation and deportation processes should never be casual. The Malaysian Parliament agreed that there should be very clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to be followed IF or WHEN a traveler is to be denied entry into a country.
@@perpecualngacha4433 After being held in that dungeon for 6 hours, and listening to all the horrors of those who had been there for days, I was lucky because someone from the airline (Ethiopian) that I had used came to fetch some deportees who were scheduled to leave that day. Because I had my fully paid return ticket, they had no reason to refuse to fly me back. I lasted only 4 hours but within that time, I had witnessed the most horrifying hostage holding enterprise by immigration officials in an international airport. I saw men and women cry like kids while those heartless Malaysians made fun of everyone. Orders are shouted like mercilessly. Did I ever try to travel back to Malaysia? They stamped on my passport that I wasn't allowed back for 5 years. I'm not sure if I'd be interested. I've been to the USA and many other nations since that time.
Nothing has changed in God's grand plan for your life. You will be sharing your testimony in the United States with JD soon. There was a reason for what happened, even though the Lord may not reveal it to you at this time.
It is a Big deal In Europe and U S A, When Your Flight Ticket And Given Stay Invitation Do Not Comply..Always Book Return flight Ticket Same Days as Your Invitation ../give return date According to the Ticket.. Never Extend..
There is Always a Next tyme. They Strictly and Strongly Deal With Dates.🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️. Next time Buy your Flight Ticket Same days as your Invitation or Intended days...God Bless All.. kind Regards from Germany
Homeland security is very strict. Dates is what messed you up. Pole Sana. God has better plans. One day you'll look back and see the faithfulness of God. It wasn't your time.
On my first visit to US my Visa had a stamp of the dates of the conference. This means that I could not enter US if the dates had already passed. You shouldn't have gone if the seminar had already started. Also, the return ticket betrayed you. It would have been better if it had a shorter time and then you apply for extension at a fee. I don't see any racism here.
There could be some hint of racism in how you were handled or treated by HS but there was no racism in canceling the visa. They couldn’t reconcile two weeks stay and a three months return ticket. Unfortunately this is how things are here. A big lesson to learn from your experience my brother. Thank you for sharing.
According to you it was not a big deal BUT it is a big deal indeed. In western world things are done straight without any short cut. Next time you have to do things in the right way. Pole sana sisi tumezoea haya maisha western world.
The length of the Visa does not matter, what matters is the stamp on I94 which tells you when you should exit US. During my second visit, I was given 3 weeks while my colleague whom we were attending a seminar together was given 3 months.
Nick Machogu that’s true you. My sister applied for two weeks visa. She was issued a five year visa. At the port of entry they stamped and allowed her to stay for a month but I had her return after the two weeks. Since then she has returned for longer stay. My take is if you say at the embassy you’re coming for two weeks and at the port of entry the allow you a month. Be smart just stay the two weeks and leave. You can always come back for a longer time. Otherwise you’ll have an issue after five years when you try to renew or reapply for another visa. They’ll want you to explain why you stayed more than two weeks.
@@FindingTime4Christ He should consistently try green card and if it pleases God for him to come to US, God will make a way for him to win. I did it 3 times and God gave me victory.
Gods time the best time. Be prayerful and God will reveal why . You will be counted like people who went to US . though never stayed. Im a believer and this is how i comfort myself ,everything happen for a reason from God. Very bad things have happened to me only revelations of why comes later.
I come from kamunyaka and went to gacege primary we used to compete with kaibere and kamunyaka primary schools in the gacege playing fields eating mangoes and sugarcane and pineapples.in the early 80s
Mr Dominic God is good all time and all things worked good for those u love them Wihe hinya my friend was deported the same way like u and the Heavenly Father blessed her with a Green card, so everything happened with a reson philo
Don't worry you are better being where God wants you to be. Everything happens for a reason and may be God was preventing you from something and your services were more needed in Kenya. Praise and glorify God for His works Amen.
This story is sad and funny at the same time. Don't lose HOPE because what doesn't KILL you makes you STRONGER. Apply again and make sure the dates collaborate with your story. There was no need to hide because you didn't do ANYTHING WRONG. You will come one day and GOOD LUCK.
Dommy I have really liked the way you have continued to trust in the Lord.He is a great God.very soon you will come to America. He cares&is merciful to His own people.be blessed.Wanjiru Biston
You have this topic in English but the story is in your native language. I wish I could understand the language instead of reading the comments. Why was he refused entry? Did he have a speaking engagement? Thanks
Pole bro, your information didn't match.Alot of ppl are deported coz of the same.Ticket was the issue, you could have payed 2 weeks ticket, then extended later. This ppl don't play
If there's something that life has taught me ni ati, keep things to yourself, time ulikuwa unawaambia unaenda America u never know wat they were saying or doing ndvo usifanikiwe, plan in secret, people hate progress, barí Shia kaini apana cheza nawao
Njia ni Yesu ukweli na uzima wa milele hayo mingine atakuongezea...like azimio ya moyo wako lazima atimize na sio lazima majuu njia za Mungu ni mingi sana.
Brother I understand exactly what you are telling us...I have been there twice with those men in black... God is good i made it..unge file for an asylum pap..
No... Depends with why you were deported. He had not broken any law while there, and the author of the ticket was not his mistake. Actually he should have written to the US consulate for appeal and complaint, through a lawyer of course. It was just a bad day with the counter official at the border entry... Otherwise he had not done any crime. Entering any American Embassy is like entering America for real... So by being given a visa, shows that he was already welcomed in the US by one official and denied entry by another... Let the US consulate in Kenya answer that and also compensate you... Otherwise try again in the proper way. Be blessed.
Don’t worry brother. America utakunja with a real Green Card with your whole family. It happened to my husband and a few years later he came with his shoulders high with a ten year Green card.
Tickets dates is a big issue usiseme sio big issue ungeweka return date after 2weeks pole sana ulisema utakaa 3 months but kwa embassy ni 3weeks that 5 yrs visa hufai kukaa hizo 5yrs its multiple ukisema unakaa 7days unabook ticket ya kurudi after 7 days
Its true,it doesn't matter kama umepata visa, anything can happen, what you are saying ange kata ticket ya 3 weeks exactly what he said when he went for visa interview, anyway God's time is the best
I wish you knew Esther should have appealed for you through an attorney immediately. Even now that was so humiliating and the judge would have given you a hearing. Its not too late to appeal. They should even compensate you
The man had kisrani with you !! If only u knew you could have claimed asylum there ad there It takes me back to 1993 when I came to Uk Was young ad very scared
They look for any small discrepancy to catch you and make it hard to go through. Secondly you try to avoid Boston Logan as your entry port. They are too thorough and pick things you'd hardly pay attention to. They also sometimes stop you on the way out after even after getting through the main entry gate. Best entry points went through in the early 2000s are Washington Dulles, Newark (EWR) and Chicago O'Hare.
Its so unfortunate but you were misguided on booking the return ticket, This rule applies international, 5 years don't mean you stay there 5 years , at the entry point they decide how many days you stay ,they can stamp only 3 weeks so this is a very serious mistake.
not just US anywhere in the world, visa is just means of travel permit subject to immigration officer at point of entry, that officer is the real deal.
