Samantha is such a nice lady to meet and talk with. It has been fun watching her playing and performances grow over the years. If you get the chance to go to hear her in person don't pass it up.

I've been following Samantha fish for 11 years. I have been a voice crying in the wilderness about her incredible blues voice and guitar talent.

I seen her live in Dublin Ireland a few weeks ago, and she played about 7 different guitars, so in my opinion no, my absolute favourite was when she played the cigar box guitar on bullet proof, some can do it in the studio and some can do it live, Samantha Fish is the one that can do that.

I so agree about SG's. I have one with P90's, and it's my #1. I knew it was going home with me as soon as I picked it up.

Hi, first let me say that this is the best heartfelt Samantha Fish reaction videos of all that I have seem, thank you. I’ve shared at least 2 dozen to the Samantha Fish Group. With regards to her Gibson SG, it has more to do that she’s always loved AC/DC’s Angus Young playing it and thought white was a great colour for her, also she bought it herself and not sponsored by Gibson. As for the amp, that’s likely not hers but likely the studios, her amp is a Category 5 that was specially built and sponsored for her by Category 5, she a few of them of varying sizes and combinations depending on the venue she’s playing at or when traveling abroad. This song is from ‘Chills & Fever’ (released 03/17/17), an album of 13 cover songs (started with 60) from the ‘50 & ‘60’s that producer Bobby Harlow convinced her to make due to her soulful voice after hearing a number of her songs. They remixed the songs to reflect their contemporary vision of them. She had put her current album (Belle Of The West) which she was working on that early that year on the shelf to make C&F and ended up releasing BOTW as a 2nd release November of 2017.

I seriously suggest listening to her Tiny Desk concert, the song " Cowtown" . As deserving a spot on my top ten list as any of the legends we all love.

It's not the shoes. In the earlier days she used to play barefoot and to my ear she sounded even better without the shoes. But maybe that's just because when the shoes went off she got to the really nasty stuff 🤣

She’s said she got the SG because of Angus Young.

Do yourself a favor, if you haven't seen her live - what are you waiting for? She tours ALL the time. It's worth it even if you have to travel to see her. You won't be sorry.

Samantha uses Category 5 amps or Fender. That Roland was probably in the studio and convenient. Not knocking your amp.

When Samantha cuts loose, it's the musical equivalent of a multiple orgasm. If you have a chance to see her live, jump on it.

One of the reasons she chose a white guitar was because it doesn't clash with any of her clothing. Girls do worry about those kind of things.
