I think you shouldn't assume that the company was "caring and wholesome" because they were nice to a RU-vidr they were paying to do an ad... In fact, you should never assume that a company cares about anything except their bottom line, especially a big company like Blizzard. The problems that were (and, realistically, still are) present there are rampant in the game industry and that needs to change.

“You have to beat the Plague Lords over multiple runs” While this is a valid route to take, it is not only feasible but also quite easy to deal over 200 damage to a plague lord in a single run. Sometimes you will get very unlucky, but the very first time I played I was able to smash the Murloc boss without any issue. I would assume it’s possible for each hero and plague lord, but I’m not entirely sure.
